Please spend your money somewhere else!!!!!!!! The service here use to be good but I think it’s a new guy running things and HE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! Doesn’t want to help in anyway. It was night I had a flat made it to his front door and called inside to see if he would come out and let me know the size of tire I needed for sure. He absolutely refused to assist me telling me I needed to know the size I just wanted confirmation before I spent $150 only to find out I bought the wrong size. I have been here about a month before and he fixed a tire that day he was rude as hell as well because I didn’t have cash and needed to pay with a credit card. I remember him saying I needed to have cash I know I needed a tire fixed. I brushed it off thinking maybe he had a bad day. But absolutely never will I ever do business here again and I have purchased a few sets of tires from here but not with this guy….THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! I’m not spending my hard earn money anywhere where an employee/ owner is rude and won’t assist a paying customer NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

As I read some of the past reviews, I definitely have to agree. From the lack of customer service, rudeness, pricing and just the overall dishonesty. The aforementioned, definitely fits the bill. The genius working there today was all the above. He didn't recall that some time in February he service my vevehicle for a flat. Today he actually thought about the price, (when asked how much), and he charged me $20. He charged $15 my intial visit. He didn't remember me. In an attempt to insult my intelligence, he stated the prices have been the same for years. I opted not to give him cash and paid with a credit card. He returned with a receipt for $22, for a 3 minute job. When I questioned him him about it, he became very defensive, sarcastically responded, "what, you don't pay taxes?" The guy was ready to accept my $20 before I opted for my credit card. Set up a price chart for all customers to see, and maybe you'll avoid some of the negative reviews. He obviously has no education as he couldn't provide intelligent responses. Two words, Dishonest and Rude.

Been going there for 10 years, always professional and honest with his work. Reasonable prices compare to his competitors please support this local business in your neighborhood and spread the work for tire fixes.

Came in on Sunday last min! Great work. The guy was beyond friendly quick and great price also his kids were friendly I was having a bad day went to Tony's tire shop horrible ghetto. So happy I found this spot.. support local spot this is a hidden gem. Definitely recommend and will return. Thank u!

I call for a Tire for my, told me they had 1 left, told them I'll be there in less than 15 min, I got there in 10 only to find out they have sold it, but I was told that they have 3 semi used but it will be twice as much. I think this place is not very HONEST with their clients.

I had a flat tired. I got a quick replacement for $60. Which is as bad as the one I had and now I need a new one. Overpriced and not a good job done. Stay away.

I have been coming to this location for years even though I pass other tire shops on my way here. Their service is fast, honest, and reliable. They accept cash and credit I have bought new and used tires here over the years and also get my leaking tires fixed here. they patch, plug, and even fix cracked rims. Highly recommended place.

If I can give this place a 0 I will. I had the man to fix my rim twice within this month. And I had paid $180 each time. Today I told the man I don't think your fixing it correctly and he gave me an attitude and told me to stop driving and I wouldn't be messing up my rim. He didn't want to fix it again unless I pay again. All this man is going to do is try to over charge you, give you attitude, and not do his job right. There no way I should be going to get my rim fix twice in one month. This is the 1st time I ever left a comment about anything congrats on being the 1st company 👏. I will never come this place again.

My guy Alberto is ALWAYS quick and efficient. If I ever have tire problems, need brakes, or diagnostics I go to Roman’s. Brought my challenger, charger, and now my Audi here and never had a problem. Prices are fair as well. Definitely check my guys out! You won’t be disappointed.

I had a cracked rim on my Tesla MYP and my tire was leaking a significant amout of PSI as a result. This is one of the only shops near the NW side/suburbs that is open on Sundays AND has a welder on site. I was in and out in about 25 minutes and Alberto was extremely helpful. Would recommend and use again.

Patch job was lousy… why return and complain if he couldn’t do the job right the first time… was more interest in selling me tires
