Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and accurately. The good folks at Romitas worked with me to ensure my vehicle spent as little time in the shop and ensured I knew what was going on by explaining the function of each repair/replacement, the reason why any cost seemed high, and possibilities of partial fixes. Labor prices are clearly posted and parts are reasonably priced. I am pretty handy with most fixes, but the fix for my problem (new plugs, wires, and ignition coils) was beyond what I wanted to preform due to the location of three of the plugs and having to lift the manifold (bolts are up against the firewall and gap between manifold and body was too small for my hands. The shop offers online payment and the convenience of picking up after hours with the use of a combination lock box. Instructions are sent once payment is made. Vehicles are parked in a well lit and video monitored location. The shop will answer questions when they can and won't offer filler or fluff when they don't have an answer. You will likely have to call for updates, though.

Service is very professional and fast. Tech will explain the problem and how they repair it They will first contact you of the problem before they proceed with it. They also will offer a credit program if you don't have the money to pay on the spot. Su servicio es rapido y profecional los technics te explication el problema y como se resuelve. Los technicos te llaman primero antes de que se aga el trabajo por si no tienen suficiente dinero. Te ofrecen credito para que te ayudes en ese momento.

I would not come here they did the back brakes costed $600.00 they did not bleed the brakes or put brake fluid. They said they don't do that than they should of said that before I drove off It could of been a danger for me and the kids..the brakes gave out in 2 months because they did not bleed them or let me know. They would of had a lawsuit if something happened to us. They just over priced you and do not do the job right for what you paid them.. please be careful.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Over charge people, they didn't fix the problem. Nothing but lazy youngsters walking around messing up the cars more. They do this so when ppl take thier car back they charge more. Ppl go somewhere else this place is arip off.

Romita Auto Service provided great service for my car (oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection). They are very clear communicators and provide photo documentation of parts they recommended replacing without pushing for unnecessary services or sales. The waiting room is clean & pleasant, and the staff were all super nice to work with.

Way to pricey for them to do my back breaks for 600$ and not bleed them , me and my children where driving around no break fluid and the breaks weren’t stopping so I called them to get the car tooken in and they tried charging me another 100 for a vehicle inspection knowing what the problem was already . I am going to the bbb . This is unacceptable and they said it’s not their fault when I’m sure every one knows when you get breaks done you bleed them . So now I had to pay another 130 for the breaks to be bleed cause they where saying “ they don’t do that when they do breaks “ so i recommend no one come here , oh and they towed my car their n then i had to find a way back cause the tow back was 130$ and whole time its cause one thing they didn’t do n arent owning up to ,

Amazing. After my usual mechanic would keep my car for sometimes over a week and still not have issue resolved Romita had it done and ready in a couple of days! VERY professional and very clean environment. I’ll be referring everyone over there from now on. THANKS AGAIN!

I've been coming to Romita off and on for years and have always been happy with their service. They are professional, courteous, accommodating, and up front and honest about costs. They have been patient with my numerous questions, and I like the fact that you can text the business and communicate that way if necessary. Would highly recommend. My recent interactions have been with Pedro, who is personable, remembered me after a long time, and goes above and beyond to help meet the needs of the customers. Nezo also serves as the face of the company as both of them exemplify customer service with a person touch. Occasionally, the owner comes out and shakes my hand and asks about topics in my life. I can't say enough good things about this shop and it's people.

Outstanding integrity and honesty. A wheel bearing failed within a year of being replaced. Romita replaced it under warranty for free, stating they've seen quality issues with replacement parts coming out of COVID at a level they didn't see before. I was told things are getting back to normal. I don't think too many shops would be this honest. We've been going to Romita for at least 15 years for good reason!!!!!
