Best shop in Orlando. They repaired our truck in speed time. Very reliable and Bryan and the team went above and beyond. Was from Miami and here in Orlando they solved right away for me as an emergency so we could continue our Job 5 STARS !!!

When I arrived at Ron Jon, I had already done my homework in terms of reading the shared experiences from other customers who has had their cars worked on! I knew then that I was going to be taken care of properly! I have an ‘06 FX35 & the main rear seal was in serious condition, (no good)! I was quoted a particular price in order to get this job done, however, it ended up being more than what was quoted! Nevertheless, because of the misquote, “Derrick” kept his word and awarded me the original quoted amount & I couldn’t be more happier, I was smiling from ear to ear! I was elated, thinking, “finally” a company that sticks to their word! The Staff was phenomenal, all those fine folks at one business, Wow!! So if the staff is this way, then the Owners has to exhibit the same qualities!! 🥰. Who knows, maybe I was speaking to one of the owners! 🤷🏽‍♀️. “All I know is”, is “Derrick”, Jeremy & Marshall were my contact experts, making my experience a super great one & my car is back on the road!! Thank You RON JON, & Thank You for allowing your “Skilled Mechanic Expert” in servicing my car !! 🥰. Thank You a thousand times! I’m most grateful & humble! 🙏🏽

Absolutely amazing place! As a single girl, it's difficult to find an automotive place that I don't think is talking down to me or trying to scam me in some way. These guys give great recommendations, awesome service, and make me feel so comfortable, I'd even consider working there. Cannot recommend them enough!

Needed a 2nd opinion of some work on my 2015 Pathfinder, they checked it out , and didn’t find an issue. RJ’s didn’t charge me for the inspection and had me on my way in 30 minutes. Thanks RJ’s

These folks are great! They absolutely go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied with their service. I usually try to do my own mechanical work but do to time constraints l decided to give Ron Jon’s a try after a friend recommended them. I will definitely use them again. I would give -5 starts if it would allow. I sat waiting with my mother for her oil to be changed, and the “inspection” as they call it at this location. During this wait two managers were discussing “charging customers additional money to have a cushion for additional parts or labor.” However,not returning the money left over to customers. “Hiding the diagnostic fees in the labor cost so customers still pay but think they are getting a deal.” Is what the Manager said. I can’t imagine what they charge or do to the construction companies who have work done here. My husband being one of said companies. After all was completed, They told my mother she would need additional work done to her vehicle in the amount of $3456.98 . Her car has 26119 miles and is a 2023. In conclusion, the dealership confirmed our suspicions that these items were not defective and replacement was not needed.

Let me start by saying my car has the spirit of Wednesday Adams and has had so many not fun surprises for me and today was no exception. The staff were amazing and got me in and out in under an hour and kept me calm and were extremely professional and kind. I 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who needs engine work done. This location is amazing. I cannot thank them enough.

Staff was very accommodating with identifying and addressing an issue with my ABS sensor. I was very happy with their ability to get me in and out in a timely manner. I appreciated the online diagnostic summary that was sent as well. Will gladly bring my vehicle back for more service!

Been in business since 1975 tells me they are good. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, up front and honest, job gets done in a good timely manner , the staff is very professional and friendly, the place is clean and organized. I received an above and beyond service a few times when I dropped my car off and had no way to get home other than to walk, an associate gave me a ride home, as I live one mile away. Very clean and organized facility! Quick turnover time for when I dropped my car off. Requested a specific pick up time and my car was ready! I really like the detailed diagnostic system with photos and the ability to approve and deny services you want done. I purposely came to Ron Jon’s compared to a corporate car repair place because I know I’ll get the best value and quality!

DO NOT COME HERE. Its $200 for them just to diagnose your issue. They do not take off the diagnosis price even if you choose to continue work. There are plenty of places around here that are more affordable.
