DO NOT COME HERE. Its $200 for them just to diagnose your issue. They do not take off the diagnosis price even if you choose to continue work. There are plenty of places around here that are more affordable.

I came into Ron Jon Automotive in hopes to find a trustworthy, reliable, a fast working mechanic here in the Orlando area. I am 19, and here for college coming from NY not knowing anyone here. So, when I found myself in my first accident, being a hit-and-run with no resources, I didn't know what to do. I started googling body shops in the Orlando area close to me and was reading through each Google review of each place. RonJon stuck out to me because it only had good and honest reviews. I called and explained what had happened to Bryan. He asked if they could take a look at my car after the accident. He was so friendly and actually sounded like he wanted to help and felt bad for me. My car had minor damages, It seemed Bryan had given me a run down to what they would go ahead and do to check up everything on the car. He also said how they would take pictures and videos of anything for me to send to my Dad because he understood what it was like for me to be in this situation, far away from home, and wanted me to feel taken care of. I waited there a bit for a diagnostic; they were able to put my car on the lift and already get to work. Unfortunately, my passenger side back was what had suffered a hit leading to my back axel being left completely bent up. Afterward, Bryan went ahead and showed me the pictures they had taken, as well as other equipment used to show how "out of wack" my car was. I had explained how I would be without a car, and as a commuting student, it was going to be hard. Bryan was able to give me an estimate on how long it would take for the piece to come in and how they would give me priority. He had also spoken with my father and boyfriend on the phone, explaining each issue and giving his time to the situation. The mechanic that was also working on my car was a Brazilian, as I am also Brazilian, it made me feel even more confident with Ron Jon's. The Brazilian mechanic also spoke on the phone with my Brazilian boyfriend and was also able to explain in detail what the issue was and how they would be fixing it. I want to emphasize the trust I had in Ron Jon and their work at hand. It is hard to find a good mechanic body shop place anywhere, however, being in a new city and having no contacts makes it even harder. I was scared to find a place that would take advantage of the fact that a 19-year-old girl came in by herself, obviously not knowing much about cars, and asking for help with her car after a car crash... RonJon went above and beyond and took care of me and my car while not robbing me. Their pricing was fair and just for my issue. Bryan had also paid for my Uber home!!!! After a day or so, I remembered an issue I was having with the coolent piece on my car, as it seemed to be leaking, and it was something I was looking to fix way before my accident. I had called the shop up, again speaking with Bryan, and had asked if they could also take a look at it. He was more than happy to take a look at it for me, sending me a video of the issue with the coolant piece and how it was leaking, and he told me not to worry as they would also take care of it!! As I now have my car back, after a week in hell, I can say how pleased I am with the work on my car. It was funny because I had also felt a difference in my car as it was driving much smoother, and everything just felt more "in place," if that makes sense. My boyfriend was able to be present and also drove the car afterward, and he had also voiced how much better the car felt driving. I want to thank Ron Jon's Automotive for truly taking care of me and making sure to give me more than exceptional results after everything I had gone through. Bryan had also gone ahead and had managed to buff out the side black scrapes my car got due to the accident. They took care of me and my car! I now will be recommending Ron Jon's Automotive, most definitely to my friends here in college with any car issues and just anyone in general who is facing any car issues!

I normally don’t write reviews after 1 experience, but I was particularly impressed! I brought in my mustang to Ron Jon’s Automotive, for a suspension issue raised by another shop. After a very short period of time(not even an hour), they had inspected the entire car, and determined there was no issue with the suspension. They did not even charge me for the inspection, and were professional. I will be bringing back my vehicle for work in the future!

Easy made appointment over the phone, excellent service, went in for just a general suspension diagnostic with the car having no problems whatsoever, all members of the staff were both professional and honest, they correctly explained relevant findings and did not add any unneeded work notes, will definitely keep my business with these folks

This is the kind of place that wants to replace your brakes for $1,000 instead of bending a mud flap for $50. I moved in down the street and needed a local mechanic, decided to try these guys. I would have given them work on all my cars but they won’t go near my Vette, Jeep, or Boxster. Will keep looking for an honest local mechanic. Too bad bc the C6 needs the tune adjusted. =\
