Needed used tires and stopped here out of convenience. Got a great deal on 4 tires that were almost new and they got them put on for us in under an hour. Super affordable and excellent service by the guys who work there. Definitely highly recommend, reliable and honest business!

I had two tires with bad valve stems. They fixed both tires and cleaned the rims, made sure every tire had the correct air and only charged me 40.00. Very nice courtesy . No bad review here!!! Only took 20 minutes!

The team saved me and my car. I rolled up on the rim of my donut and a flat tire/cracked rim in the trunk. They fixed up my flat and got me a new rim in less than 30 min. Absolutely amazing guys. Thank you!!

I called because I saw that they had such good reviews overall— I was looking forward to getting service from them. Unfortunately, when I called to check on prices, I was met with rudeness after I kindly & quickly said hello, introduced myself, and asked what the other person name was— I like to be personable in my interactions. Instead of a name, the employee barked back “what do you need?”. I asked “I can’t know your name?” and was met with a grumpy “no”. So I ended the call and will go elsewhere. Maybe this guy was having a bad day but the customer service was horrible which disappointed me.

Very helpful people! Chosen for proximity to our home. my tire was too flat to drive on. air was gushing out. they tried to plug it, but hole was too big. He didn't have any tires in stock to match other three on car. So he put spare tire on rim & sent me to dealer. Didn't want to charge me either. Thankful for honest help!!

Very nice guys. I called and they gave me a good price over the phone. My tire had a nail inside. He was able to fix my tire on the spot when I arrived. Affordable prices…don’t go anywhere else. Come here instead.

Terrible mechanics and tire technicians. They can't diagnose vehicles, they will tell you the easiest parts to charge you and get you out. Nobody is ASE certified. They don't use a torque specs or torque wrenches on anything. They don't give out receipts for obvious reasons. They will change you to fix thier mistakes. If your a girl or don't have knowledge of vehicles they will take advantage of you. I went for a bearing they broke it put it on anyway and wanted to charge me twice to fix it and told me it was an axle.

Let me tell you a story. Yesterday my Grandpa had an appointment at the V.A. in Omaha. For us that is a 2 hour drive, one way. We get there only to find a huge screw or bolt typed thing in a tire and it’s going down fast. My Grandpa is missing both legs and it’s nothing I had time to fix as we were already late to his appointment. He decides to call AAA who sent a service truck an hour later only to find out he couldn’t fix it because he didn’t have the tools. So, he sends a tow truck, to tow a vehicle that just needs a tire changed! We go to Firestone and I sit there for 2 hours only to get back that they can’t patch it because they don’t have the tools. So they agree to put the donut on. I go pick up Grandpa and he tells me I can’t go no faster then 40-50 the whole way. I tell him I don’t feel comfortable driving over 100 miles on a donut. So we go get gas to think about our options in the meantime. I’m praying to God as I’m pumping the gas and as I open my eyes I see Ronald’s right across the street! And let me tell you what a blessing! He not only patched the tire that the big corporation Firestone could not fix but he also had it popped back on all within 10 minutes! Don’t waste your time with big corporations! Go see Ronald! He will actually solve your problem! Thank you, thank you!!
