I hate I had to come to them (a dog ran in front of my 2020 Range Rover and broke my radiator) but I'm so happy I found a honest, fast shop to work on my car. They fixed it in just 3 days and I never felt like they were trying to get over on me. Thanks guys.

I would give it no stars if I could very bad customer service. I left my car on a Sunday night. Tuesday by 5pm still no estimate on the car. And I was told by his sister who answers the phone he was too busy to give me and estimate of repairs. When I spoke to Ronny on Sat night I told him we couldn’t leave the car long and I was Traveling from Spring. If he would have told me it would take this long to look at the car I would have decided not to bring it in the first place. I just wasted two days that I could’ve use going to another shop I will never ever return; this was not my first time using the shop but definitely the last.

I had a broken blend door actuator. Ronny's Auto Repair fixed it the same day I called, and the price was fair (a little more than $215.00). I was impressed and will definitely go back if I have more car issues.

Terrible! I went for u sunroof simple get it closed $100 dollars then it rained got my car interior ruined Cuz it was not closed all the way upon letting him know the same day few hours later his employee bear got upset and assaulted me lucky for him I have alot to lose DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICAL SERVICED AT RONNYS AUTO REPAIR

Wow, where to start?! After being told at another shop that I needed an entire new engine which would cost $6k plus labor I started looking around for an honest mechanic who could get me in on short notice. Admittedly, i was a little nervous about taking my vehicle to Ronny’s because most of the reviews are for simple repairs and i knew this was not going to be simple. I’m glad I took a chance! Ronny and the woman at the front desk were so kind to me through the whole process and I’m 100% satisfied. My father used to be a mechanic and always told me that the sign of a good mechanic is one that doesn’t up-charge and one that can “dumb down” the technical jargon for someone who doesn’t know jack about cars. Ronny took the time to dumb things down and even sent me diagrams so I could have a better understanding. Additionally, I asked Ronny to take a look at the rest of my vehicle while it was in the shop and replace/fix anything that was wearing out. He said everything else was fine and only charged me for the necessary job instead of looking for more reasons to get money from me. Remember how I was quoted $6k elsewhere? Ronny did the work on short notice in two weeks for $2k!! He was so thorough. My cars purring like a kitten. I wish Ronny was in Austin so I could take him for all my needs.

Ronny has been my regular mechanic for several years. A neighbor who used to do all of his own auto repairs discovered Ronny’s and recommended him as someone who knows his stuff. That has proven to be the case. Ronny understands the various parts and systems of a vehicle at a level that enables him to diagnose and make multiple recommendations to for fixing problems that would probably stump the repair shop at most dealerships, which are more apt to replace entire systems and cross their fingers. Mechanically inclined people who’ve accompanied me to Ronny’s have always concurred with him and been impressed with his judgment. The one time a part failed within the warranty, Ronny took care of the reimbursement quickly. It’s good to have a mechanic I can rely on for both regular and emergency situations. My only caveat for other consumers is that Ronny’s is a small shop and might not always be able to do your repair with a rapid turnaround. Fortunately, this hasn’t been a problem for me.

Ronny was great very fast and affordable. My father and I took my 74 Chevy truck in two weeks ago to have some work done on the front end suspension I told him what pep boys wanted to do he had to look at it gave me a quote for less than half the price of pep boys and I didn't need everything they wanted to sale me, it was done the same day I dropped it off. I will definitely be going back to him for future work and I recommend you do as well.
