Been going to Rafael for years here. He keeps my 2011 Acura running great. Prices are always fair, they never up-sell, and they do fantastic work. I'll keep bringing cars back here as long as they're open.

I barely made it to work in South Philly and had to find an auto repair shop nearby. I found Ron’s and even though they were busy, they were able to fix my car that day. Their prices were fair and I felt they were very trustworthy especially when they could have taken advantage given how I needed the car fixed by the end of the day. I will definitely use this shop for any future repairs!

My recent experience with Ron’s Auto Repair for a front suspension repair was not only disappointing but downright dangerous, which I paid a hefty $1000. After just one week of driving, the wheel came loose. Considering it was raining heavily, and I commute on the highway daily, I shudder to think what could have happened if it had occurred while driving at high speeds. It's no exaggeration to say that I could have lost my life. Despite my attempts to explain the urgency of the situation, the owner's response was shockingly callous. He repeatedly shifted blame onto me for not immediately returning the car for repairs. However, with a demanding work schedule, I couldn't drop everything at a moment's notice. Moreover, I had already scheduled an appointment, which was only two days away when the incident occurred. In desperation, I had to resort to hiring a towing service and arranging for independent repairs. Two weeks later, when I finally had the opportunity to address the issue, the owner showed no remorse and refused to take responsibility. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only was my safety jeopardized, but I also endured financial loss and emotional distress. I implore anyone considering Ron’s Auto Repair to think twice. Their negligent attitude towards customer safety and their unwillingness to own up to their mistakes is utterly unacceptable.

I have been to Ron’s a bunch since moving into the area. All for routine maintenance. Rafael is super friendly and honest. They are always available and super fast. Not a single complaint here!

I will never go anywhere else!! have taken all the vehicles I have had here and Rafael is an amazing mechanic, so kind, very honest and thorough and that is very hard to find. Please patronize this shop! I will always use Ron's Auto for my vehicle needs. Whether it's routine maintenance or when something goes awry, Rafael gets my ancient Pathfinder back on the road so quickly. Love this place, I'd give it 20 stars if I could!!!!

Was able to fix my front bumper for such a low price I thought I was being pranked! Now it looks much better, and it was all done before the day was over. Will definitely come back again.

5 stars isn't enough to express how happy I was with my experience at Ron's Auto. My car was towed in after breaking down on the side of the highway and Rafael was friendly, helpful, explained everything that was wrong, gave me a great estimate and got the job done quickly. Highly recommended!

I wanna give no star but can't. Asked someone a question and they hung up on me. When I called back "raphael" answered again and said he was the owner Ron. He was rude again until I said I would do Google review on the phone call and he was then nice and said "how can I help" ? I told him I know everything I need to know, goodbye!!!

Amazing, speedy, quality repairwork. I really appreciate the great work they did on replacing the alternator in my car and other repairs. I came to Ron's on a busy Monday (for him) after I had to take off work because my car wouldn't start. Raphael was hilarious and sympathetic, and fit my repair in the next hour so that I could get to work the next day. While I was waiting I saw him deal with several vendors, customers, and neighbors- it is clear that he offers the same kind of compassion and service to anyone who stumbles upon his alley shop. Give his shop a try- you won't be disappointed!

I took my car to Ron's to diagnose and fix a brake fluid leak. They had me in and out with new hoses within 24 hours and the price was reasonable. A few weeks later I got another brake fluid warning and gave Ron's a call. They made time for me to come in immediately, diagnosed and fixed the problem within 2 hours (faulty gasket on the new line) and didn't charge me at all for the additional fix. I really appreciate them standing behind their work!

Ralph is the best. He's thorough with his work and does a great job. The way he interacts with customers he make you feel worry free. I recommend bringing your car there you won't regret it
