I brought my car in to replace air filters because of the smoke from the fires. Not only did they discount the parts and charge no labor, they also inspected my car to see if I needed any other services free of charge. Unheard of! They seem incredibly honest and thorough. I walked away paying under $40.

I will not ever bring my car back to Rony's. Rony's was the only mechanic I took my car to for 4 years and I paid for oil changes and inspections and air filter changes and none of them were done over the course of 4 years. I found out, from another mechanic at Rony's shop ( that ended up being fired, from what the owner told me) that my engine had lead in it ( this does not happen over night, and the owner could not locate the inspection video and wanted to charge me an additional charge to confirm that the "lead engine" diagnosis was accurate"). I later heard that there was a ton of oil in my car engine , when I took it to another mechanic. Rony's terrible at being a mechanic shop, speaking to the owner does absolutely nothing. Rony's is great at body work, but terrible at being a trustworthy place to take your car for anything that requires a mechanic. Truly disappointing, Culver City businesses have gone down in having pride in their work and their reputation .

Ronys has been doing a great job for years with our two cars. One example: the info screen/control on my 2008 low mile Prius failed. Toyota dealer wanted over $3000 to put in a new one. Rony found me a used part and charged me $1200. But the part didn’t work when installed, so Rony replaced it at no charge, involving considerable additional labor on their part. Smart and honest service.

I recently had my tire pressure light pop on in my car. Mario quickly checked the pressure in all my tires which were perfect, so he knew it was a sensor issue. He demonstrated his knowledge and gave me peace of mind to know I was in good hands. I always have a good experience at Rony’s Car Pros!

Manager is very friendly and helpful. They took me immediately for a small emergency repair to a tire. Price was very reasonable. When my car warranty expires this year, I’ll be back.

I am from Idaho visiting Los Angeles area 2 months ago when the check engine light came on my Ram 1500 Ecodiesel. I dropped it off at a dealership that did nothing on the vehicle for 1 1/2 months. I took it to another dealership that did nothing for 2 weeks. Finally I found Rony's in West Los Angeles. Mario was superb and his crew did a great job getting the problem diagnosed and resolved in five days (the first dealership wanted to replace the turbo - that was not the problem). Being out of town, it was very difficult to manage a car repair and Mario was there and got me on my way. I can't begin to thank him and the crew at Rony's Car Pro.

I came in with my 2002 Dodge Dakota that hadn't had overall service in years. Mario and the staff at Rony's did a great job fixing a strange short in some wiring and then gave my good old truck the service it needed. I also got a good set of new tires at a price that beats Costco. This is a quality shop.

I made an appointment at Rony’s because my “service engine” light came on. But the morning I drove to Rony’s, that light didn’t come on. Mario, the service manager, presented me with the choice of getting an engine scan for $160 or coming back if the “service engine “ light returns. He advised I wait to see if the light returns. I know that all the auto repair places I’ve used in the past would not have missed an opportunity to make money. Rony’s is more like a well informed friend with your best interests at heart than a business. If you are sick of being hustled, I advise bringing your car to Rony’s.

Everyone at Rony’s Car Pros were really helpful. They helped me change a flat with my spare tire and helped me locate a new tire . Very kind and caring staff and they were also timely . Would definitely recommend bringing your car here they do European and Domestic cars which is very useful!

I had a great experience at Rony's Car Pros. My check engine light would not stop coming on and it was driving me nuts. Instead of going all the way to the dealer, I went to Rony's which is near me. Everyone was so nice and they somehow had the change to look at my car right away. It took them all of 5 minutes to fix it. What they did I have no idea. The place is clean and they treat their customers nice. I will be back.

Mario helped me get my Charger to the shop when the battery/alternator were dead, and then they repaired my issue within a day. He answered all my questions patiently, and worked with me on diagnostic cost when my extended warranty did not cover it fully. Highly recommend Rony's Car Pros.

I appreciate the job being done however, I was a bit disappointed about the initial engagement between the representative. It definitely seemed like he was more concerned with being right and had to correct me when I feel I know my car fairly well. He kind of tried to make a point that he was right and I was wrong. This caused me to feel very inferior being a woman and I didn’t like that. But I gave it a 4 because he did eventually do what I asked.

Rony’s got the job done, however I felt targeted as a young woman who is not as knowledgeable and experienced with the nuances of car parts… I needed new brake pads and they did not inform me of the different pad options, and gave me the priciest ceramic brakes available on my older ford transit connect, I would have happily just gone with the standard. The bill at the end of the day was a tough pill to swallow. Granted, a horribe car accident happened in the middle of exchanging information, and a quote was not talked about like it should have been. But that doesn’t seem to be an excuse. I’m just saying, it’s not the greatest customer service to take advantage of your average hardworking, busy customer who is just trying to get in and out, things taken care of, and not sink hundreds of dollars more than necessary. Because of this I will not be coming back. Make your customers aware of the options available. This is not an honest business you are running.

Great service, came in cause I was hearing a noise coming from under the Jeep. They checked everything out and couldn't find the cause. They did however do a full inspection of my vehicle and saw some things that needed to be looked at. Mario the service manager is a great guy and went over everything with me. Will forsure bring my Jeep here for any and all services.

Finally found a mechanics who are way above the rest and not your average dodgy LA garage! Mario and his team are super honest, great pricing, fast and keep me updated with the progress of repairs. They also don’t try push other things on to you and make the whole experience amazing. All that and they fixed a tricky issue with my car. You guys are awesome !! Highly highly recommend!!!!

Mario and his team diagnosed and fixed a complicated issue with my 11 year old Lexus RX 350 that others lacked the equipment, experience and knowledge to find and fix!! My car runs as though I just drove it off the sales showroom 11 years ago!!! Mario and his team don’t mess around, they take care of business right away!! When I pulled into their lot at Rony’s Car Pros, and saw how busy they are, I thought for sure it would be forever till I got my car back! But no!! Not these guys!! I’m so grateful they were recommended to me and now I’m doing all of you out there them same favor!!! Take your car to Rony’s Car Pros and talk to Mario!!
