Fui la semana pasada a poner 2 gomas. Mucho calor entre a la oficina no hay un ventilador, el lugar estaba bien sucio. Fui al bano todo sucio, todo estaba regado . El lugar tenia mal olor a perro . Y no me fui porque me daba pena. Lleve el carro para alinearlo a un taller y el taller me dijo que las gomas eran rayada le habian sacado lascas a las gomas con una maquina que ellos me dijeron. Me dijeron que eso era ilegal. Le tuve que poner 2 gomas nueva en el tayer donde me alinearon. Y no volvi a reclamarle a ellos pero le tome fotos a las gomas rayadas y pienso ir a la ciudad a reportarlos. Eso es un falta de etica, profesionalismo y enganar a las personas de esa manera y mas a una mujer. Tuvo mala impresion desde que entre al lugar y todo me salio mal.

I went into this place to get an estimate for mechanical work. When I went into the office the men there were standing and drinking beer. I realized that it was the employees because they were wearing the company uniforms with their name . I received the estimate but left with a very bad experience from there. The place was very messy and had very bad odor. When you go outside on the right hand side they had a whole bunch of tires and car parts all over the place. (it looked like a junk yard instead of a mechanic shop)☹☹

My sibling and I went there a few days ago, the owner, I told us $180 for tires we wanted of a specific size, so we agreed, I left and my brother stayed. The owner had his employee install tires of 3 different manufacturers, and two different sizes, and then proceeded to demand another $20, and that he (my brother) take our original tires. Shady owner and business. If he had paid with a credit card, I would dispute the charge. We will never do business with them again. My advice, stay away!
