They diagnosed my SUV waterleak. Charged me $20, (optional to pay) because my leak was a improperly installed windshield which is not a service they provide. Great people, great service. Highly recommend this shop. Honest people.

Great work. Able to schedule a very convenient appointment on a Saturday. Replaced the sunroof along with resealing and cleaning all the rain gutters. Better than new. Left my interior cleaner than I came in.

Fantastic! They were friendly, honest and thorough. I thought that my sunroof was going to have to be shut and sealed permanently, but they were able to find a workaround to have it fixed affordably. Can’t recommend more highly if you have issues with your sunroof!

I stopped by on a whim because the sunroof in my my Audi RS5 was rattling. Shelly and Tracey were quite busy already but took time to listen to my observations, they both analyzed the possible problems and tried some fixes that included tightening some screws and adding felt to the windscreen. Without ripping the roof apart this was the best option for me and for now it has fixed my problem! They didn't even want to charge me but they ended up accepting some payment. Super friendly and knowledgeable folks! I hope I don't have any more issues but I'll definitely return if I do

Fantastic customer service. They called me back right away, and helped me fix my sunroof. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I have used them for over 10 years and they are the best in town!!!! Be patient, as they are a small business. But they will do it right and for the right price!!! Great repair service always!!!! Tracey and his wife are top notch business owners!!!

If your vehicle has a sunroof/moonroof and takes on water internally anytime it rains, you need to go see this fantastic team!! The drainage channels on my 2014 Ford Explorer got clogged and a downpour caused significant interior flooding - my center console had over an inch of standing water, the USB ports got flooded and shorted out my NAV system, and the water also managed to fry the sunroof motor and rear camera. I couldn't open the sunroof to clean out the clogged drainage tubes... I got the USB ports and rear camera fixed but I feared the most expensive repair was the sunroof - I was wrong!! The reviews for Rose City Sunroofs were already very convincing, and they definitely lived up to everything good said about them. They quoted me a price which was so much lower than what I anticipated, I did a happy dance!! They ordered a motor, got me on their schedule within a week, and had me back out on the road on the appointed day with a fully functional sunroof in less than 3 hours. They also take the time to show their customers how to keep the drains clean to prevent flooding in the future. If you, or a friend, has a sunroof problem - this is the place to get it fixed!

If I could give more stars, I would. I broke my sunroof just in time for the rainy days. I called, and they are crazy booked out, but they took me in to at least try to get it closed for me for now... but he ended up fixing it for me. Super kind people! Amazingly fair price! Very grateful to them. The dealership would have probably screwed me over and charged a fortune for a brand new one when I only needed a fix. Thank you Rose City Sunroofs! 🌹

Brought in my 97 4runner for a major leak somewhere in the roof. Long story short, I was looking for someone who knew older 4runners, and within seconds of speaking to Shelly, I could tell they have the expertise to know exactly how to make the repair, rather than rooting around looking for a problem they didn't know how to identify (like most shops do). Longer story: I got quoted from AJ's in Salem for over $1200; Rose City made the necessary repairs for a little over $200. AJ's already began the repair (removed the entire headliner and caps, $1k worth of work already, had my car for 2 weeks, and gave me this quote with all this BS listed as needed repairs). Rose City made the repair in one day, and even let me hang out and watch so I could learn a thing or two. NOTHING on my original quote from AJ's in Salem was needed. They work on everything, but they've done this one thing for so long, they're they obvious experts in the area. I wish I had found them sooner. If you have a sunroof and any issues with it whatsoever, come here, don't even waste your time anywhere else. Excellent shop run by wonderful people who take real pride in their ability to fix problems for their customers. THANK YOU ROSE CITY.

Great shop, friendly people, and did a perfect job replacing my old and broken moonroof. I can’t live happily without having a ceiling that retracts in some way, so these kind folks helped me get happy again in my car. Highly recommended!

I'm so glad I found Rose City Sunroofs! Our VW sunroof got stuck open, the wrong way (left to right.) Our mechanic had no idea how to fix it and suggested the dealership. The dealership couldn't get us in until August. I found Rose City Sunroofs on Google and am so glad I did. Shelley called me back with an estimate, which was much lower than I expected. We brought her in, then found out the shade needed repair too. Shelley called me right away to get the OK or no, and got the part that day. Obviously with the added issue it came in over the original estimate, but not by much. When I came to pick it up, Tracy showed me and explained what the issue with the shade was. We ended up having to bring her back because the shade got stuck, but they got us in right away, fixed the issue so fast, and had us back in the car in a few hours. Again, Tracy showed me what the issue was, and said he will now start implementing that fix on any similar parts when doing repairs. This shop is so fantastic. Both owners are kind and informative, and happy to share their knowledge. I'm fully confident in ebay they did and why, which is not always the case when dealing with car issues. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you, Rose City Sunroofs! It's worth the drive to Hayden Island for this level of service.

My sunroof on my car blew off 9 months ago. I was looking for someone to replace it. Upon calling them with my concerns they asked questions about it, the window has a recall on it for 12 years!! No wonder I couldn't find a window from a wrecking yard, it's a AFTER MARKET INSTALL the company used the WRONG GLUE!! So mine is still sitting on I-5 somewhere on the side of the highway. Rose City Glass was AWESOME they put me in touch with the right people and the company to do the install, all for free because of the recall, new window ordered install on Thursday ONE HAPPY CAMPER!!
