It’s usually so hard to trust mechanics, but I will forever trust Rosendo Auto! They gave me all the information I needed about my vehicle and gave me time to process and answer any questions I had. Eileen was very patient and understanding about my concerns. The price was fair and the work was done in a timely manner. So happy to have found this place!

Was good for one job and then stated things about half I saw another mechanic it wouldn't perform work so I kept going to him since the jobs I needed done keep giving you a runaround lied felt like you're is stealing money from me the lights of the credit card companies postpone stole claimed he was a wrecker service so wouldn't get a bad review on his account think I'm done one do business after you was paid just overall with pretended he didn't speak no English charged excess money for jobs then found out later he didn't perform it he had someone who wasn't even certified to do the job overpaid be careful

Honest and fair about repairs. Corrected an issue on 1 of our vehicles that we have dealt with for years. The shop is out of the way but well worth the trip. You are advised up front if the repair is worth it and if it can be done there. Highly recommend this trusted location.

Broke down mothers day weekend, one year ago. Forgot to write a review until now. Best mechanic I've ever been to. Put in a new water pump after our toyota's blew. Got us back on the road right away. extremely honest guy. talked everything through with us. I've never written a google review, probably never will again. But in this case I had to.

Ripped up my serpentine belt in a Friday night of course. Just passing through for the eclipse. This place doesn’t do diesel but referred me to another place that worked on Saturdays for which I am super grateful. So Risendo didn’t do the work but answered the phone and steered me in the Right direction and I am grateful.

This my go to mechanic for everything. They are the best they don't try to cheat you out of money or hourly charges like the dealers do. They tell you only what you really need fixed not anything extra. The have never up charged me on parts either. Honesty and great integrity when it comes to my mechanic.

Rosendo really helped me out with my 2016 Chevy traverse. Having AC problems in this Texas heat is no joke. Upon running diagnostics on the vehicle, He communicated with me step by step. He found the problem and gave me next steps information in order to get my vehicle in good shape. Even when I went to pick up my vehicle he showed me what he had removed and the part he put back in. Explain in detail what it had to be done to get me on my way. Now I am riding with cold 🥶 AC. Thank you again Rosendo.

My car broke down in the middle of nowhere. Instead of charging me for every little thing during the diagnostic he actually knew what the issue was right away and had me in the road in 3 days. I highly recommend this shop!!

This time last month I was about to go out of town when my car wouldn’t start up right away. My boyfriend found this place online and I couldn’t be happier! After listening to my car, the lady knew right away what the problem was. 3 hours later, I was on the road. I haven’t had a problem since and I’ve referred anyone to them who says they need anything fixed on their car. Oh, not to mention, this was the day after Thanksgiving! So grateful. Thank you!

Great Repair Shop. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were upfront about what was wrong with my truck and gave me several viable options for a fix. I found their prices for repairs very reasonable, I was quoted much higher at other repair shops for the same work. They also work very fast. It was ready the next day. I've been driving my truck for a month without any issues and I couldn't be happier to have the piece of mind that work on my truck was done well and done right. Eileen was very helpful and informative about everything they were doing to the truck and she will answer any questions you have truthfully and thoroughly. I highly recommend this Shop if you need ANY repair on any vehicle. They really know their stuff.

Kind people, fair pricing, very efficient, and one of the few shops around open on a Saturday. Took their time to identify the issue with my car which could have been misidentified as a transmission issue- saved me serious money. Highly recommend supporting these honest and skilled folks.

Very kind and honest. Quick turnaround after fitting me in to his busy schedule. As well as reasonably priced. Rosendo always explains all details of the job before starting and if any other issues occur meanwhile he will call and inform you to see if you would like to proceed with the job. Definitely recommend this auto shop.

Very quick service and reasonably priced! Mechanic was incredibly kind and helpful. My wife’s car had a check engine light come on an was misfiring. Was able to bring it in and get the repair done same day.

So far it's been an awesome experience. I was going to do the job myself and priced the parts. It was a complicated job so I decided to take it to Rosendo auto repair. When they called me with the quote the prices were the exact amount that I priced them for with no mark up. Very honest which is hard to find nowadays.

I was at another shop trying to get my mothers ignition issue fixed. The shop had fixed the wrong part and there was still an issue. They were trying to tell me that’s just the way the car was designed which was not the case. They didn’t have a clue and was miss guiding me. Leija, was sitting in their lobby waiting for a vehicle. When the service advisor left to speak to the mechanic again Leija was kind enough to tell me they had run into this issue a lot and she knew the fix. I left the shop that day and went home and watched several videos. She was correct and knew the right fix. When I went back to get my vehicle I asked for a referral to her shop. She fix my mom’s vehicle and it’s working perfectly such a nice woman. I highly recommend them.

My truck was having all sorts of problems and of course it happened on a weekend. Most places were closed, but I gave Rosendo a call and he got me right in and figured out what was going wrong. I brought all 3 of my kids with me and they were very patient and accommodating with them. Not only that, but he got my truck all fixed up for me that same day! (Engine, brakes, and window motor) The pricing was fair and the work was good and honest. I’ll be coming back here again in the future. Thank you so much for your help today!
