For the money I paid I didn't get any results. Nor was the problem found.. I was told the engine h had low compression. The only way to know that is if the car was running.

So far have just been here for oil changes because they have better pricing than most places, and they are always quick. I usually book an appointment online- it’s easier and you’ll get in quicker. Best part about this spot is the guys are always friendly and informative so I don’t ever feel out of the loop. The only place I will take my precious little ‘95 Toyota 🤙 thanks guys!

Was looking for a new mechanic as mine retired. Came across Roseville auto repair and lube. Had my oil changed staff was very friendly as well as having excellent service. I will most likely make this my new mechanic.

Update January 2025: Shop has expanded and definitely updated the service experience. I believe the shop is run by Chris and his team. Booking an appointment online via shop genie was very convenient. Will definitely be using them again. *** KJ and Sam are very honest and will do a great job on your vehicle. They are also very fairly priced as opposed to other mechanics in the area.

Always excellent diagnosis and service, we have had multiple cars undergo many different repairs here and will not go anywhere else! The team is always considerate of my time, money, and knowledge about the problems. Every question I have is promptly answered, and care is taken to ensure I understand the work needed, and that I am happy with the work completed.

As a business owner with a van it's very crucial I have reliable transportation. All my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and possibly my calipers. They were able to fix my van next day and gave me the good news that I didn't need calipers. I highly recommend Sean, Bryan and their Brake technician.

Chris, Ryan and all the guys at the shop were nothing short of fantastic. Dropped my truck off for a diag and they got to it. They were friendly, quick and professional. Took my car in for diagnostic they charged $175.00 after picking up my car and looking at my dash camera my car never moved turns out there was a problem with the evap which is why I took it in thanks alot you bunch of bozos.

I've been going to Roseville Auto for years and have spent thousands without having to think twice because I genuinely like and trust Chris, Shawn, and his team, but when I had to tow my car over there at 4am and waited for them to open, I quickly told them the situation and how I'm almost certain that my transmission blew out. Their response was to get a 170 dollar diagnostic to see what the issue was. Mind you I already have to spend 250 for the tow there and I also am going to need to tow my car back to my house, so another 250. I leave my car there and a few hours later, my wife gets a call and surprise surprise, it's the transmission. I never got told why and how the tranny blew, only that it's the transmission. So what was the point of the diagnostic then? If they would've just told me that it was probably the tranny based on my details, I would've not even gotten the diagnostic in the first place. The whole situation seemed very sketchy and I felt as though, they were just trying to make a quick buck off of me.

This was the first time I had been to this particular shop. I was very pleased with how professional they are. I was gotten in quickly, and the work was done quickly. In fact, the mechanic showed me My rear brakes and showed me that they were hardly worn at all so I did not have to replace them! This was great news. My brakes were fixed and ready to go in less than an hour. Thank you Roseville auto repair! It is a year later and I want to add to this review. I had a problem with my car yesterday afternoon at 4 o’clock. This shop closes at 5 PM. Ryan answered the phone and told me to come on down and they would look at it. I was afraid it was my starter , but it was my battery. I got there at 4:30 and the manager got my battery for me and got it installed right then and there. Fantastic! They stayed late to get this done for me. I really appreciate that ! I am definitely a forever Customer. This is another year later. I have been to this place many times at this point. I have never been disappointed. They do honest good work. I appreciate it. Roseville auto repair.

I stopped in to ask about service prices and meet Sean who was very knowledgeable and kind. He explained the differences in type of services and even offered a same day appointment which I wasn't expecting. The customer service, repair, and overall experience was great!

The technicians at Roseville Auto Repair are great and attentive. I feel they are passionate about thier work AND care about the customer. Communication is something that lacks at many car places but this place has it down. When I get there, they provide pictures of everything they do before it's started so I can assess and see what they are talking about. This makes my decision much more knowledgeable which makes me feel I made a better decision on how to spend that much money. Repairs aren't cheap and I want to feel value when I spend a lot. Communication and trust are what I feel which makes me confident in I made the right decisions. This is why I will return for all my repair needs. Thank you for bringing customer service to auto repair. (Well now I sound like a robot lol)
