Lost a valuable customer today, won’t pass my vehicle for inspection for tint when it has passed with the same tint for the last 3 years at this shop. Take your business elsewhere. The owner will likely respond to this underneath saying he was honest, however it is DISHONEST to not pass the vehicle after 3 years of passing it with no change to the vehicle. You just decided to enforce a rule all of a sudden, now at my expense. No hard feelings.

I'm blown away by the honest and friendly staff here! You can't find this type of service these days. One of my window regulators broke, which had already happened on two of my other windows in the past. Another shop charged me around $800 for the part and labor to fix the window. However, here at Ross Auto & Tire, Zane called around to find the best possible price for me and refused to pay hundreds of dollars to purchase the part from various vendors. He was able to find the exact part online, sent me the link, and had me order it for only $40! I saved over $600 compared to the last place I had gone to. No other shop has ever gone above and beyond like that. I would highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying Zayn you are truly amazing. I came to Ross auto and tire shop for an emergency. We needed a part for my vehicle that was very important. Zayn was able to call a few companies to get the part I needed asap. The part was delivered the next day and installed within an hour. The best in town with exceptional service, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. If you are looking for a auto shop don't hesitate to stop by. Best in town hands down!!!

Ross Auto is amazing! They saved me from a major mental breakdown when my car stopped working. They tried to trouble shoot via phone call so I didn’t have to bring it in and when that didn’t work, they went above and beyond and came to me to take a look at the car. They were so kind and fast with the repair and made the whole day less anxiety inducing. 10/10 would recommend and I will be going to only them in the future!

Zayn helped me with my car today he had exceptional customer service and did a tire, rim, and oil change in 15min. This guy deserves to be working as one of those nascar service guys or something. He even had time to educate me about my vehicle and helped me pass close. All of my services were exceptional prices too and I will definitely be back in the future!

I had a fantastic experience here. As soon as I arrived I was pleasantly greeted and immediately helped. I got a new tire for my Audi and I was in and out in 35 min tops. The new tire was very affordable. I will be coming back to this repair shop.

Staff was very polite, charged a fair price, and did a great job. Not only did they fix the electrical issue quickly, they also added air to a low tire and topped off my windshield wiper fluid. Will definitely come back and recommend to others!!

They have earned my business 💯 through the integrity and service I received from Ross Auto!! The employees were awesome! Zayn was the person that handled my repairs. He was amazing! He was extremely thorough during troubleshooting and detailed in explaining the issues. He was so kind and helpful. He went out of his way to inspect other issues I wasn't aware of at no extra charge. He didn't give me an insane estimate like some shops do. The costs were very reasonable. He started work on it right away and they did an immaculate job! My vehicle is running great!! I am so happy I called Ross Auto! I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for repairs or maintenence! I have found my go-to shop for all of my vehicle needs that I can trust 200%!! Give them a call!!

This place is awesome facility to go to if you need new or used tires they even do auto mechanic work on any kind of vehicle Zayne always tell me exactly what’s wrong and exactly how much it will cost to repair super clean on the inside. Staff is super friendly. I never let another Mechanic touch my vehicle.

I've been coming here for years and the previous lead mechanic I trusted. The new guy is nice but I now realize he's not trustworthy. I asked him to install simple lift spacers and he quoted me $1600. Then I said no I won't install them if it cost that much to install a $200 part. Then he quickly dropped his price to $750. So I did it and I thought I was getting a deal. I Then went to get an alignment at Dallas Break and Allignment and out of curiosity I asked how much it would be to install the same lift spacers. They quoted me $350. I'm never going to Ross Tire and Auto again and I've been going there for 10 years
