I had an oil leak in my truck and was recommended to go to this shop. I’m giving them 5 stars for their customer service. They initially called to let me know the oil leak was fixed, but when I drove away, it turned out it wasn’t. They called a second time, saying the leak was resolved, but after a 30-minute drive, I found it was still leaking. I brought it back a third time, and after a more thorough investigation, they discovered the leak was due to an issue unrelated to their previous work—but they fixed it anyway. Normally, having to return multiple times would lead to a negative review, but they were fully committed to finding and fixing the problem. They went above and beyond to address the issue. They did an excellent job, and based on my experience, I would trust their integrity.

Brought my car here a handful of times. Amazing Service and Honest Work I recently had my car serviced at Ross & Greenville and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jacob and Alan (father and son) are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to explain exactly what needed to be done without any pressure. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the service, and the pricing was fair and transparent. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers and the work they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled family owned shop!

Have used this shop a couple of times and always satisfied and feel like they are more appropriately priced. Jacob and the crew seem honest and always explain what needs to happen and why. Will definitely continue to use them.

Amazing shop, Honest mechanics. Brought my car in for AC issues, compressor was not engaging was told it may be electrical as they were able to bypass my wire harness and get the compressor to engage. I told them I wanted to check with dealership as the car may be under warranty. Long story short my car was not under warranty and the dealership supposedly found issues with my front end suspension, bringing my bill from $1k-$5k. I brought the car back to Ross and Greenville and they not only confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my suspension, but they replaced my entire AC kit, compressor/condenser for less than the dealership was trying to charge me for the compressor alone. They could have EASILY confirmed the dealerships bogus diagnostic and made an easy sale, but they have integrity and did what was right. And not to mention they got my car back to me super fast, brought it in right before closing on a friday and they had it back to me monday afternoon. I am recommending this shop to everyone I know in DFW, its so hard to find such honest truthfull mechanics.

Excellent resource for your auto repair needs. Locally owned. They are very trustworthy and that’s why they are busy all the time. Many neighborhood folks will go nowhere else for their car needs. We have been using them for over 10 years. Note: they do not do annual inspections.

Amazing place! They found the problem and made the repair really fast (the same day we called) the problem was just about rosted screw so he made the change without even charging us !! I recommend !

Jacob was awesome. I appreciate the friendly service. Came in for brake pads, and had a few other little things that needed addressed. Only charged for the brake pads. Great shop and will come back for future service.

I am writing this review for women. I found the shop by searching Reddit for local repair shops in DFW. Jacob was great! He took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my vehicle and provided transparent pricing for the necessary repairs. Unlike some other shops I've been to, I never felt rushed or pressured into making any decisions. As a woman who often feels dismissed by the automotive industry, it was incredibly refreshing to be treated with professionalism and respect. Jacob took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions without any hint of condescension or dismissal.

After looking at many reviews to find a reliable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced auto service, I found Ross and Greenville. I have been using their service for several cars over a 5 year span, and they have treated me right, every single time. Jacob is friendly and puts love and pride in his work. It’s refreshing to see that there are good businesses out there and I really appreciate all the work they’ve done for me. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work on their car!

Ross & Greenville provides excellent service and also helps customers with any question regarding your car. They provided an excellent service on my 60k mile inspection on my Lexus RX350. I appreciate R&G since I got to know when they had their shop on Lakeland and Garland Road.

At first I rated them highly because I knew Alan from way back in the day. His son is very polite too. It pains me to have to write this but, I must be honest. I got a job there done that was almost $1000. Part of it was a little welding(They had this done down the street at a muffler place). They were supposed to weld on the dip stick because it had fallen off. It fell off again a few days after. I also had some other work done here at their actual shop. I kept having car trouble so I went to a couple of other mechanics who told me I was over charged and things were done incorrectly. One of the mechanics was actually telling me I should've gone to the bank to dispute the charges. I no longer trusted Greenville A. and have not gone back. I just want a good place that charges honest pay for honest work. If it costs me more thats fine but, I want what I pay for and that the work is done well and complete.

My daughter recently encountered an unexpected car issue on her way back to Baylor University from the Dallas airport, and the exceptional service we received from Ross and Greenville Automotive deserves high praise. Discovering a radiator leak during her drive from Dallas to Waco, my daughter called me for assistance. After reaching out to two other automotive shops that could only promise a diagnosis but not a repair the same day, I stumbled upon Ross and Greenville. From the initial phone call where I explained what was going on , the difference in service was evident. The person on the line not only assured me that they could diagnose the problem promptly but also confidently stated, "Yes, I can make sure she gets done and out of here today. Have her ask for Jacob." This level of commitment and assurance was a breath of fresh air. Coordinating with Triple AAA for the car drop-off at Ross and Greenville, my daughter found the staff to be exceptionally welcoming upon her arrival. Everyone she interacted with was friendly and accommodating, making her unexpected pitstop much more bearable. What sets Ross and Greenville Automotive apart is their dedication to customer service. In the midst of a stressful situation, they went OUT of Their Way to ensure that my daughter's car issue was not only diagnosed promptly but also fixed on the same day. As a parent residing in California, the distance and inability to directly handle the situation can be overwhelming. I just used these guys yesterday. Jason was so great! They only charged me around $72 for both an oil change and tire rotation, while every other place wanted to charge me so much more. They even told me my water pump was leaking, but since it was covered by my extended warranty it was free to be fixed at my dealership. They topped off my coolant for me so I could drive it there safely; no pressure from them to have them fix it instead. They have earned my business! I highly recommend them!
