Luis has been working on my suburban’s for the past 10 years. Always great service at a great price. When I ask him if it was his car, what would he do, he gives me great advice on the most practical approach to repair my vehicles.

I've come here three times now for various reasons. Each and every time the service was fast, honest, and reasonable. First I had problems starting my truck and Luis diagnosed the problem, reported the issue, and replaced my starter motor with a warrantied part. Next I had a problem with my AC blower fan which Luis also dealt with quickly. Replacing exactly what was needed. Most recently I was having problems starting my truck again. Thinking it was the starter, I brought it in for diagnosis and a possible replacement. Luis spent time looking for a problem and wasn't able to find anything. The problem had disappeared as sometimes they do. He charged me nothing for his time spent testing my battery, alternator, and starter. Luis is fast, honest, and reasonable. End of story. Cannot recommend him enough.

We were referred to Roussell's Auto Repair years ago and never looked for another mechanic shop again. They are professional, honest, reliable, and quick to repair your vehicle. They explain in simple terms what needs to be fixed and/or why something needs to be fixed. They have done an amazing job working on our vehicle with front end work, brakes, and air conditioning. We will continue to refer this shop to others. It is wonderful to know we have a shop we can rely on when our vehicles need repairs.

I'm sure they did a fine job working on my car, and the man that I spoke to was very friendly.. But the day I took my car in I had made an 8am appointment for a transmission flush which really should only take a few hours. Unfortunately I didn't get my car back until almost 4 pm, and that was after I called to check up on it around 3. My bill was still just under 200 dollars which seems about average, not an awesome or inexpensive deal. Unfortunately I won't be going back to Roussell's after this experience.

My dad was a mechanic, so finding an auto shop I can trust (as much as my dad!) is very difficult. We've been taking our vehicles to Roussell's for 4+ years now. Jesse is always polite, respectful, and takes the time to explain what's going on with our vehicles - including drawing up diagrams with the problems on them (and how much each repair would cost)! Luis' workmanship is right on. The pricing is far more reasonable than any other shop I've been to, and the work is done quickly - usually within the same day. This is the auto shop we trust and go to for all our aching vehicles. I highly recommend Roussell's Auto Repair.

Very Honest and Trustworthy. Extremely fair pricing. Mechanic is very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to take my vehicle same day and have it back next day with major repair completed.

I am writing this review after getting my engine fixed about 6 months ago. I stupidly overheated it over the hot Arizona summer, and other places either said they don't do engines, wasn't worth the cost, or didn't bother getting the model for the correct prices. When I called this place, he was nice enough and took the time to go through what the options were with my engine, so at that point I decided to bring it in. Good news is that my engine could be saved, so long story short, my engine is running GREAT! Highly recommend!

They are honest, quick, and do quality work for a fraction of the price of the dealership. I took my jetta in for a few repairs and they suggested a few other things I would need done soon but not immediately. They also did a few extra things for me I didn't even ask for! They use high quality foreign parts (not aftermarket).

I was having some issues with my car on a Saturday afternoon -- Roussell's was the one shop that was willing to take a look at the problem and run diagnostics on the same day. Unlike so many mechanics in the area that can't wait to close up early on a Saturday, their shop went out of their way to help me out. Within 45 minutes they gave me a call back, explained what was happening in simple language, and handed me my keys back before closing. More impressive than their speed was their honesty -- since the diagnostics only took 45 minutes and they discovered that my issue was something that the dealer would have to handle on their end, they cut me a sizable discount for their shop time. Nice guys. If I ever have issues in the future, I will definitely return back to their shop for support.

Sent my daughter there when she had a gas smell in her car. Roussell's diagnosed the leak (it was a fuel leak) and fixed it expeditiously, for a reasonable price. She is now Safely back on the road. Thanks Roussell's, we will never go anywhere else! I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for an honest mechanic and a fair price!

best mechanic i have ever found. not only did they fix my car but they had the old parts that got replaced on display for me to see, and an explanation of all the great work they did, (at a great price too). i will never go to any other auto repair shop as long as im in az. thx guys

Jesse and Luis had great customer service since the first time I decided to take in my car. Since then I have taken two of my cars there and they have provided awesome customer service and decent pricing.
