Charged me to fail my inspection then couldn’t even tell me why it was on but tried to say they have to charge for factory window tint that’s way over 35 % bunch of bull waited a hour and was the first one there

They are great people who can fix your car right, and they also give you get prices when you need to get your car fixed. They do excellent work. I will recommend people to come to them to get their car done. I will continue coming back there to get my car fixed

This is BY FAR one of the best mechanic shops I've had to take any of my vehicles. Friendly service and an excellent job for a good price. If I need any work done that I can't do, my truck is coming here.

OMG, I could write a book about them brothers at Route 401 Auto Repair! They help me like I had a 2021 automobile even though I've got a 1999 Oldsmobile Van👋🤣🙋! They are good at what they do and they made time for me... I Hope God keep Blessing their place of business 🙏🏿🙋💕

Great experience! They took the time to answer the phone and invite me in to look at the concern involving the brake line on my truck. Gave options and actual fixed the problem the 1st time! Asked if anything else was needed and they fixed that issue as well. Huge difference from going to another repair facility about other issues that gave no updates and used faulty aftermarket parts. Wish I would have found Route 401 Auto Repair 1st. Lesson learned, THANKS!

They are a bunch of crooks. Make you fix something on my engine pump and charged me $700.00 and they newI needed a whole new engine. I would not recommend them to my own Mother. Its not just me, they did that to alot of people in my area.
