Brought my car in not sure what the exact problem was but fearing the worst, they diagnosed the problem and told me it's not severe enough to be worth how expensive it'd be to fix, that it's still safe to drive and won't cause more damage. They let me go without paying a dime. That's an honest mechanic and they earned a customer for life. I can see why their reviews are so excellent

Took a 20 year old vehicle with 230k miles in for rough running and requested only spark plugs and air filter be done. Quick service, a place to park, and no one tried to upsell me anything. Will be back!

On many occasions Roxborough Auto has come to my rescue! They do amazing work and are always trying to get you an appointment as soon as possible. But by far the best part about them is the honest service you receive. So many places try and price gauge, but here, you can always trust they are working to get you the lowest price. Excellent workers! I went in with a flat tire, all employees were on lunch, the lady at the counter took my info and went on the back to see if anyone would work on it then. Sure enough a guy came out, took my tire off, brought it into the waiting room to show me what had happened. This was an amazing experience. Very professional and I will go back.

I’ve been here twice and my experience has been great every time. They do their best to provide you with affordable, quality parts and they always get the job done extremely fast. Not only is the job done quickly, but they’ll go out of their way to get you into their shop as quickly as possible. I’ve had Chris work on my car both times and he’s done a great job at diagnosing and fixing the problem, while communicating his progress all along the way. He was able to find me a part that was less expensive than he quoted at and saved me a ton of money. Highly recommend them as reliable mechanics who always make sure they do right by you.

edit: Changing my review to 2 stars due to a negative experience bringing my fiancée's car in for an oil change. We brought the car in with materials and they charged $56+ for labor-only oil change. Their website lists an oil change (with their materials) costing $69, so that must mean they only pay $13 for materials?? For labor-only, this seems criminal. Other local mechanics charge $20-25 dollars for labor-only oil changes. With the filter and oil I paid for separately, this ended up costing me over $100. When asking about the high-cost in comparison to what I've paid here before for labor-only oil changes, I was told 'it is what it is' and that they charge differently if you come in for just an oil change, and that today's fee is what they charge 30 minutes of labor. This contradicts what their posted labor rate of $105/hr meaning they charged for over 30 minutes of labor, I question whether or not the work even took that long considering they had empty lifts available and they did not fully drain the old oil before replacing it. I originally had a great experience here with my vehicle so it is unfortunate to have had such an unpleasant experience my 3rd time here. For simple work like inspections and oil changes, you are better off bringing the vehicle elsewhere to save money.

$120 for a 1 hour tire patch which was much more than I anticipated. They had to break a stud to get the wheel off which was unfortunate

Called to ask about getting an alignment done and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I said I wasn’t sure exactly what the issue was and she sighed loudly. She said the guys would have to drive my car to figure out the issue. I asked if they would check the alignment even if they didn’t feel anything wrong (because I don’t feel my car pulling to the side all the time and it usually only happens at higher speeds). She nastily said “that’s not how it works” repeatedly. Made me not even want to book an appointment here.

I take no joy in what I'm going to say here. Because it's not the owners fault. But latest trip here was a total disaster. The fix on vehicle was pretty easy, price a little high but hey things a little high every where. My issue was things were stolen from my vehicle. Now I have a work vehicle with I drive 95 percent of the time. My personal stays in my garage all the time. I've driven my vehicle about four time the whole year. I recently purchased a portable jack to remove my tire Incase I hand to change the battery. Idiots at Dodge smart idea. But this was brand new, got it a few days before taking my vehicle to the shop, it sitting in my trunk in it's case, along with a case of tools about 150 tools units own hard case that had wheels and a handle. Both of these are missing from vehicle. I called to speak to an owner and all of sudden they are out for a few days. I already know how the conversation is going to go, "we trust our employees" etc.. etc.. I'm what else could they say? But I'm sure I'm not the first to complain about this. I would not take my vehicle back to the place again. That 190 bill cost me close to 500 dollars.
