Horrific experience with them! Please do not go with them. They held my car (told me insurance would cover my storage fees) accumulated charges of 23,000. Won’t give back my car and wouldn’t let me take out my car when I initially asked them to. THEY DONT answer your phone calls and phone line doesn’t work. They are scammers a rip off and I have now hired an attorney.

Yuri and his team were excellent! I had a dent on a rear fender and they were able to make it look like new within 3 days. They were professional and courteous.

I was skeptical about taking my Mercedes into a shop that wasn't a dealer but they did an excellent job on my car which was almost a total loss. Now I recommend them to everyone I know that needs repairs to their cars. I agree that there may be a language barrier but they have a wonderful female Office Manager that speaks perfect English who assisted me and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my car repairs.

I've been to Royal twice, and both times I've enjoyed it. One thing I don't like is that they don't call to give updates like other auto body shops to which I've been. But they're very nice, very courteous, and most of all I have never been disappointed with the service that they've given me.

Just got my car fixed by these guys. Met with a guy named Vince and he was very helpful. He told me what needed to be done and gave me a great rate. Eight days later and my car looks brand new. They even replaced two headlights for free. I STRONGLY recommend these guys for your body shop needs. They know a lot about vehicles.
