I don’t understand how it’s a 4.2 star rating this was Honestly the worst experience I endure. I NEVER been thru this with any mechanics. First off not only did they overprice me for the issue but they had my car for 2 WEEKS sitting there! I LOST OUT ON MONEY FROM MY JOB. Without my car I couldn’t make it back & fourth to work which made me LOSE MY JOB.!! , they gave me back my car in a way worse condition not to mentioned the OWNER have a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE & kept on saying he’s put under pressure due to not having reliable mechanics & despite them finally fixing my car after 2 WEEKS LITERALLY he was still trying to get more money out of me ! His disregard the fact that I lost out on money from my job all he said was “ I’m sorry “ than had the audacity to ask for more money when I gave him $2500 already ….I WILL NOT RECOMMEND! Stick with the HISPANICS to fix ur car! TRUST ME ! IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD .. worse experience ever !!

My experience at the Royal Auto Repair was definitely a 10/10! They were so kind and they are willing to do everything they can to work with you. The owner Dean has great customer service and is really friendly and Jonathan got the job done so fast! I truly recommend you bring your car here for your next servicing!

Ngl this place is horrible, all they do is steal money from women !! They break something while fixing it forcing you to come back every week!! They TRIED to charge me 500$ for an oil change and tire rotation… they are sexist and ableist!! 0/10 recommendations I’d rather walk before I go here to fix my car!!! If I could give 0 stars I would !! THEY ALSO DONT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH!

I had a Groupon for sintetic blend, well for the owner of the store every oil is the same for all the cars since my car needed 0w20 and they only offer 10w30 for all cars wether that is right for your car or don't, the attention to costumer is horrible, if you want to risk it go with them. I rejected the service because i don't take the risk of been serviced by them!

I had an incredibly unsettling encounter at this auto shop. Despite booking an appointment and arriving promptly, I was met with hostility and aggression from the owner. Despite confirming my appointment, I was informed that there were no available slots, and I can go ahead and cancel my Groupon voucher, the situation escalated quickly. The owner's demeanor was confrontational, and I was subjected to verbal abuse and even threats involving a gun. This behavior is utterly unacceptable and has left me feeling deeply concerned for my safety, and I had to leave after I tried to reason with him, but with no success. It's worth noting that many other reviews on Google echo my experience, yet the owner consistently denies servicing customers, and comment on the reviews with “I don’t recall servicing you!” which I find dishonest. I urge others to exercise caution when considering this establishment. Also, I have the entire encounter recorded on my dash-cam and I will be reporting this incident to the BBB.

I am very happy with their work I needed a alignment on my car I called them up we came to a deal. I drove over there and they did the alignment on my car all is well. I have their card and if something comes up I will Call them again

I bought two Groupons (one for an alignment and one for an oil change) the oil change was fast, apparently I need a control arm and transmission seal but they gave me a really good price on both. They said they’ll do the alignment after that. I will be back in the morning, thankful for their decent prices and everyone there was very kind to me.

I originally purchased a Groupon pass, and so I came here to use it and From the moment I spoke to the owner on the phone to the moment I pulled in the parking lot. He greeted me with the most outstanding smile in the most amazing Customer Service. Truly a wonderful person with a kind soul. I don’t just feel like family here, I feel like “royalty” they just make you feel good .. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ROYAL AUTO REAIR.., If you have ANY kind of engine repairs or maybe just in need of a change of oil, you have to come and check these guys out!!! The shop is perfect. There’s a gas station here also in case you get the munchies, you couldn’t ask for a better shop. These guys are truly amazing and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys again for your outstanding customer service.!!!! and thank you so much for taking care of my baby :-) you guys are amazing!!!!!!!!! 1 million stars for me :)

I was looking for a good mechanic that can check my Kia 😁 and I was lucky to find Royal Auto Repair. I made an appointment over the phone and show up few minutes early. When I arrived Jose & Angel welcome me with so much kindness and worked on my car immediately. The price was incredible cost effective oil change, wheel rotation, and liquid change and I feel my car is New. Excellent work and outstanding Customer service. This place it's my new recommendation and will definitely come back.

If I can give this place a zero I would For starters they don't answer the phone. I had an 4 o'clock appt only to get there to find out the place was close. Made another appt which was for 8am and they showed up late. The owner is very rude, unprofessional and don't have no sense of sympathy for others. I will never go here again spend a little bit more money and go elsewhere

My dad and I bought a Groupon for a synthetic oil change. My dad overheard what kind of oil the owner told the mechanic to buy. Once he brought it my dad told the owner that that’s regular oil, we are paying for a synthetic. The owner got very loud and rude immediately and told us that it was synthetic, that he always buys that oil, if we don’t like it to get the hell out etc.. my dad simply looked up the oil online and showed the owner the description that it was in fact regular. The owner immediately apologized and still filled our cars with regular oil but promised us a “free” oil change for basically trying to scam us. Said compensation was only word to word, refused to give us something in writing. He’s putting regular oil where he advertises synthetic. This place is a scam.
