This place is a real gem. I was quoted at for breaks at about 5 different places and this place was not only the lowest price the job didn’t take long at all. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing work on their vehicle

Great shop. Very fair and efficient, I took my car in around noon on a Monday and they were able to diagnose the issues, fix them and get the car back to me by 3 PM.

Visiting Cleveland and discovered a leak in tire. Checked nearby garages and called Royal Service who got me in quick and plugged a nail hole. This business is genuine, hard working, and want to serve you. Finding a honest mechanic is huge. No gimmicks or phantom problems. Just honesty. They are kind and very determined to help. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great place to take your car , very fair price to fix my sons older car ! They were fast and friendly. I highly recommend them. My son needed a fuel line and a clamp for muffler . If any problems come up on any of our cars this is the only place I will take my car ! 😀 Thanks for the great service !

I’ve been using royal’s service shop for a couple of years now since we’ve moved into the neighborhood. The team has always taken really good care of us and our vehicles and the prices have always been very competitive. Would highly recommend.

My 2009 Chevy Impala sounded like it was going to fall apart. My neighbor thought it was my drive shaft so I called Bob Royal's. He said drop it off in the morning and I'll try to get to it as quickly as I can. I dropped it off the next morning at 7:50 a.m. and told him I really couldn't afford to be without my car for too long. Would you believe he called me at work before 11 a.m. to tell me it was finished?! It turned out to be the bearings. I picked it up during my lunch break and thanked him for getting it done so promptly. He told me he knew I was desperate to get my car back so he put a rush on it. What a sweetheart! My old work horse is nice and quiet and drives like a dream. Best $362 I ever spent.Thanks for the fair pricing, excellent work and exceptional customer service!

Took my car in to get fixed they told me it was the water pump 1400. I said fix it. Then called too days later said I owe him 2000 and it’s not fixed. And to fix it it will cost 3500. Came to the price of 2500 3 weeks later went to get my car. And the next day June 28 2023 my car blows up Motor is locked up. I went back today and he said take me to court. This isn’t for me to bash this guy this me just saying save your self some time and money find a real repair shop.

A fantastic shop! I've used their services numerous times. They are quick to get you in, sometimes as quick as the next day, and they are quick to get you back up and running, also sometimes as quick as the next day from drop-off. Pricing is fair and service is exceptional. They have always done my requested services as well as those that are more emergent while recommending upcoming service without being pushy to have it done right away and with them. I look forward to continuing to use this shop!

I am a repeat customer of Royal's service Center. They do good work and get you in and out if there not busy or if you call ahead. I recommend this shop because the manager is professional courteous, and honest about the work that needs to be done. Try them I bet you'll give them 5 stars to.

The mechanics took a screw out of my gear shift then I couldn't shift my gears back into Drive mode and he was never suppose to work on that. THESE MECHANICS ARE SHADY YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM

I've been going to Bob's for awhile since shortly moving to Cleveland 4 years ago. Ever time I go it's excellent service and no B.S.! They're usually pretty busy, which should tell you how in demand they are!
