Forgot to review this place years ago. Brought my car in to replace the transmission. Rico told me 1700$, ok cool. Come to pick it up, now it’s 2,400$. Shady business. Find different mechanics.

I don’t even know where to start, I’m not the type of person to put reviews on places at all but I feel like this one is a must, so that I can avoid people from coming in here and being scammed like I was. Save yourself your time and money. I brought my car here for a little repairman at first and then they started telling me all of the things that I needed to do to the car and I was okay with it, they started telling me all of these high prices which I was okay with and I was willing to pay for every single penny if it meant that my car will be in good conditions and will run perfectly after that. When I went to pick up the car and got home I noticed that my horn did not work at all, as well as the lock sound when locking my car. I though I was tripping at first so I tried to change the settings in my car and still nothing, keep in mind that the horn and lock sound worked perfectly before, I also noticed that the car was still pretty much the same to when I first brought it here. I initially brought it there because the car shakes when I hit the accelerator and it was still the same after paying $3000 dlls, and then I called and I told them what had happened and they told me that everything they did to the car could had not affected the horn and lock sound, and I’m like wtf? So then who else did it because it was working perfectly before I brought in here, after that they told me to bring it anyways, so I did and they fixed the horn and lock sound and for the shaking part they told me it was the “catalytics” and they wanted to charge me another $3000 for that and I’m like what no way so I picked up my car called my friend and told her about that and she told me to bring it to her mechanic, so I brought it to her mechanic, and what he told me was so shocking, part of what the company “fixed” was the driveshaft, front brake, etc, and my mechanic tells me that when they fixed the driveshaft instead of installing it correctly, they like hammered it. It was so heartbreaking, because when i brought in here I completely trusted them expecting them to do their job and fixed my car for the specific service the I paid for, I’m a woman so I guess it’s easily to lie and cheat when it comes to these kinds of stuff taking in mind that it’s also my first car so I barely know anything about cars so if I didn’t brought it to my friends mechanic God knows what could had happened and I probably wouldn’t have noticed nor known about that. I could have comeback and argue with them to fix whatever it is that they did which I think is what I should’ve done or what any person would’ve done after paying $3000 dlls, but like I said there’s no point really because it’s just me a woman, a 19 year old that will go and argue with a bunch of “mechanics” and they could literally said anything to me and I still wouldn’t know whether they're lying to me or not and my dad is never really present so I can’t really expect much from him, but anyways to make shorter, I ended up paying $3000 dlls for a service and it just ended up being the same and even worse as when I first brought it here, as you can see in the picture there’s also oil leaking because of it. How sad how they can be so many evil people and what they would do for money, but anyways lesson learned. So if you’re reading this and if you read until the end, please save your time and money and avoid this place. And always do your research when you go somewhere to fix your car before you bring it there! Praying for their business and improvement not just as workers but as people, I’m really hoping that they will soon realize that scamming people and lying to them in order to get money it’s no the way to go. Rico and his team of mechanics are by far (excuse my terminology) the dopest mechanics I’ve ever encountered. The quickness was unbelievable and not to mention they have a financing program were you can get your car fixed now and your out the door. Make payments weekly and also establish credit. They also hooked my ac up no charge. This is my go to shop. Highly recommended!

SCAMMER. The Cuban guy that helps you in front: LIAR. He said he replaced a part. I asked for the old part back. He said they lost it. The same OLD part was still in my car, I got charged over 350$ for a 120$ job

I would like to say that this was my second visit within the last 3 yrs, and the service was excellent and fair priced. This guy's pretty square as mechanics go. I get to a little weary. a little skeptical but with these guys who hooked me up with deals. discovered problems that were genuine and fixed reliably at fair price.

I don't know how I feel about this but I came in to check out my alternator because it said the charging system failed they told me I needed a new alternator so I bought them the one I use to have before they told me they can fix the old alternator like it's brand new they will call me so after then they call me its ready went and change my alternator got charged like 300$ something and then I went to check on the alternator and it still said failed charging system I even told them about the situation and still they told me it was good I just feel like my money was robbed and one of the mechanic I went to told me it's not the alternator and even if I have the old one on my car it wouldn't change the problem because it had to do something electrical its 2-star cause they were fast switching alternator but didn't fix the problem...

I've been taking my cars to them for the last 2 years and they don't beat around the bush! They also don't try to swindle you into unescessary maintenance! Good honest work for a fair price!

They overcharged me, just to not fix the issue for my transmission. I also payed to my AC and when it didn’t work in my car, they said that was an extra charge.

Well I used to go here all the time with my 2009 cobalt and get oil changes and repairs prices were reasonable ($30 oil changes) but now I have a 2012 Mercedes Benz I went to get an oil change and was charged $350 on top of that they put the wrong oil, my car takes 0w40 and they put 5w20...horrible DO NOT REFER THEM! And you told me you had to drive my car on the freeway to diagnose the spark plug problem...I can't upload reciept but, you only changed the oil!!!
