I haven't been to a local mechanic shop for sometime, reason being..yes here it comes. There are lots of places in Las Vegas ready to take your hard earned money for repairs that are probably not really vital to running your vehicle. My vehicle is 14 years old and has only been to a local dealership for maintenance. I was recommended to Royalty by a close friend for a repair I needed and some general maintenance. I went in a week before to check out the place and was able to chat with Nathan and Jr about my concerns. I gotta say I left there comfortable and confident by the genuine personality I got from them. I brought vehicle in and had oil change, transmission fluid replacement, tire rotation and a repair to the coolant system. I was recommended to have a replacement of a water pump and I went along with it (dealership also said this). The end result I experienced was much more better than I ever expected. They cleaned all coolant from under vehicle so I wouldn't have to worry about any drips from any residual coolant from repair. Pricing is fair for the excellent work they performed, clean shop, expert advice, fast service. All work I had would've taken several days at dealership. 2 year warranty on work performed also. I'm sold on this shop and will return for maintenance as it comes up. Nathan and Jr along with the mechanics here deserve a shout out for convincing me this place is very professional. I would recommend. Vehicle was a 2010 silverado. Drive safe Update: vehicle running as should 3 weeks later. No issues with repairs made.

I just want to say Nate is absolutely amazing he is so helpful and honest which is hard to find in Las Vegas at a lot of these shops he goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is fixed especially since mine has been such a headache since buying from CarMax thank goodness I got the CarMax care because they work with my insurance through them. I just wanted say thank you and I appreciate everyone who works there to make sure me and my kiddos have a safe car to drive and I will continue to come back here.

I was referred to this location by the one on Smoke Ranch/Jones, because my car repair was under warranty. Without hesitation-Nathan, the manager was able to assist me with getting my car diagnosed as soon as possible without any hidden fees or lies. The front desk staff, JR was extremely helpful and answering all my questions. I dropped my car off and within a few hours it was ready. They took really good care of me. They didn't try to upsell me or rip me off. I will definitely be returning in the future, it's hard to find honest mechanics-this place exceeded my expectations. Ps. I was able to work from their lobby on my laptop in a comfy and quiet place while I was waiting for the diagnosis.

My husband and I called several shops yesterday that use Koalafi, a financing company. Royalty Auto Services (RAS, for the purposes of this review) was one of those. During that call, my husband asked if they accepted Koalafi, can we bring our own parts, and how much will the labor be for a brake job since we are supplying the parts. I would hope it's clear from this conversation that we are only using the Koalafi for labor costs. But apparently it wasn't. Fast forward to the next day. I called RAS 8 minutes after they opened to see if they could switch our approved Koalafi funds to their location from another shop. Other places have done this for us with an easy call to Merchant Services using my information, which he took. I said my husband was on the way and RAS said okay and that they were going to call Koalafi right away. About 30-45 minutes later, my husband is there, the car is on a lift with the hood open, and Koalafi still hasn't been called. I know this because the person I spoke with right after RAS opened, called me while my husband was there and asked me if I would rather use EasyPay Finance instead of Koalafi. He mentioned that he had not called Koalafi yet, almost an hour after we spoke, because he was filing an insurance claim. He said that EasyPay often finances for more and my husband mentioned he wanted more work done. Now. I know good and well that 1.) He had not brought this up to my husband, who is physically there and 2.) We do not have time to add on services today after spending most of yesterday getting parts and calling several shops for prices. So I said, I'm familiar with EasyPay, but I want him to talk to my husband first, since he's there. I also asked him to send the sign-up link to my husband as well. After it was made clear to him that we just wanted the original work done, brake job with customer supplied parts and a full synthetic oil change, he then said that WE CAN'T USE KOALAFI WITH CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS! I'm type yelling this because we asked him, pointedly the day before, about this specific combination of work! Customer supplied parts while using Koalafi for the labor and oil change and he bent over backwards to give us a better price than the shop we are using right now. He said Koalafi requires 70% parts and 30%, which is a Nevada requirement. Seriously?! How can you even guarantee that outcome without manipulating numbers? We would have said no thank you YESTERDAY if he told my husband this! We were quoted $350 for the brake job labor with no parts included and told in the same conversation that we can use Koalafi at RAS for that. And now, all of a sudden when we do not want to get extra work done and apply for your obviously preferred financing (EasyPay), we can't use Koalafi? Time wasted due to lack of integrity, and possibly incompetence because it sounds like he is very unfamiliar with Koalafi. Do NOT come here. You can ask all the questions, get reassurances, have them "price match" more competent auto shops just to get you in the shop, and still walk away with no service after over an hour of back and forth. He even mentioned that we should go to the other shop after all this. Why do we need you to tell us? So insulting, after all that time wasted. Think twice before coming to Royalty Auto Service, especially if you're supplying your parts of using financing or want upfront honesty.

The company are breaking the federal law of price gouging!I I confronted them with the fact that they quoted me 500. Dollars more for than a business on the east side of Vegas for the exact same air conditioner for my car and they told me that they are higher cost for Labor than anybody in Vegas . I have contacted both United States Senators Jackie Rosen staff told me that they would look into all 3 Stores that they are operating and issue hefty fines and penalties fees to Stop this from happening again! I advise that you never use their business and shop around!

Knew he was scamming but my vehicle was older and all these one stop smog shops didn't know how to hook it up. I work 6 days a week, and I didn't have time to keep trying these little shops on corners who kept saying "we dont have the equipment to smog a 96 or older" or alternatively their hours would be say 9-6 and they'd say I needed to get there before 5. Had to use these guys and pay 200$ to get some "miracle juice" poured in my gas tank that would magically make me pass my smog in minutes before the gas in the tank was even used.. After dropping it off he Called me back said he hadn't put it on the machine yet, but had all kinds of reasons why I needed to pay 3400 prior to testing..finally got him to agree the clutch didn't need work before testing, and finally accepted the $200 miracle juice to get the smog and be done with it. Would not recommend. Will not be going back.

THERE'S A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN GO FOR YOUR CAR TROUBLES AND LOOK NO MORE THEY USE MY OIL AND MY PARTS AND FOR AN THERE'S PRICE WHERE OTHERS DON'T ACCEPT YOUR PARTS. THEY TRY TO GET YOUR CAR DONE WHILE YOU WAIT VERY HONEST. I MOVED FROM NEW YORK AND I WILL ALWAYS GO TO THEM.

Been going here for many years now. Always fast, friendly and affordable! 04/2023 Update!!! Since the change of management a couple of times.... Service has gone downhill. Customer service counter should always be friendly! I went to have a code read on one of my cars. I felt like they were trying to rack up a bill! They wouldn't even show me the codes it was reading..... I may start shopping around for a new auro shop....

Great place, got my smog and registration done here. They were honestly very friendly and helpful. We went here because we got a coupon in the mail. It turned out to be a great decision and we will continue to come here now.

I can't say for certain who was doing the work, however by the admission of the manager that I spoke to, they knowingly put the wrong parts on there, knowing that I would have to come back again. Since the last time the car has had no problems, but they have left a bad enough taste in my mouth to where I don't want to come back again.

I live right around the corner and when I first moved to Vegas my car needed some work since I drove it cross country. Came in for an oil change and Chris hooked me up and welcomed me to the city. Have been coming back ever since, and he’s always been quick, and makes sure everything is taken care of. Since I moved here, I’ve had 3 oil changes, an O2 sensor replaced, and a catalytic converter replaced, among headlights, other little things here and there. Affordable. The biggest repair was the catalytic converter and they hooked me up with a financing option. Didn’t need credit for it, and was approved within 5 min of applying. Saved the day because I didn’t have the money to pay for the repair in full. Chris has been a huge help, and informative (I know nothing about cars). I’ll be back every time there’s something wrong with my car!

My boyfriend's and my latest experience here was absolutely terrible. I've never had worse service at any other mechanic ever. He needed his transmission fixed which should take about a week at most and they have had his car for almost a month now because they continue to order wrong parts, have issues with shipping and recieving "bad parts". It seems to be excuse after excuse with these guys and we will not be going here again. My boyfriend used to be very fond of this place and hadn't had issues before, but he says since management has changed things are going down hill and we definitely will be taking our business elsewhere.

They'll rob you blind if you don't know about cars even a bit. One $600 job with them will cost $120 in a Honest shop. Never again...lady in the front Lied a lot. Not professional at all.

This place used to be better when it was ran by honest people. Now there is a short Hispanic guy who attempts to upsell everything. Your best bet is getting whatever he says is wrong looked at by more repudiable people; otherwise he is going to rip you off BIG TIME!

Update: Tammy no longer works there.. The reason is that she's too honest, fair, and treat people with love and respect. If you go there, you will get cheated with extra stuff even if there's nothing wrong with it.. Be warned!!

When Tammy ran this shop it was fair and honest. Now, This shop is full of scam artists. I took my car in for an oil leak, $3000 later, they had replaced a rear seal, front seal, and some other things. I got the car home and everything was fine for 2 months. Then I noticed the car was leaking oil into my garage floor in the same EXACT spot as before. So I took the car back to the shop to be informed that "some times we have to fix bit things before little things show up." When they had my car up on the lift I could see the amount of oil that was collected under the car, it was a MASSIVE amount of oil. And they kept trying to convince me that that was all new oil from a new problem. If my car was leaking that much oil it would have blown up. They weren't willing to make anything right with me, so now I'm driving a car that still leaks oil after I spent $3000. I can't prove it. But I know what exactly what they did. They threw stop leak in the car, didn't fix anything and the stop leak stopped working and the car started leaking. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
