So many employees but no one ever greets you. Went three times this month, waited outside and inside and didn’t get greeted. It seems like everyone is so consumed with their task that they don’t even look up to see if new people walk in or drive up . Tire shop down the road on old goldenrod rd waves you down and greets you right away .

My lady didn't have a spare tire when her tire got flat. We went to 3 different tire shop who said they couldn't fix it and they wanted her to buy a new tire. We left and found this place. We ask if it could be fixed....they asked to see the tire and they took it in to check it. They repaired the tire and it was VERY inexpensive. I took my tire 2 weeks later The repaired it and it was still inexpensive. I got a use tire from them and that was inexpensive. The service was fantastic.

THEY SAVED ME. I came into the shop about 10 minutes after they closed from having my front passenger tire give out on me while driving. Although they told me they were closed, when they saw how damaged my tire was and knew that I could possibly be endangered if I didn’t get it done now, they went ahead and serviced me anyways. Not only that but they didn’t try to take advantage of my situation to try and charge me some crazy price. In all honesty I feel like I got a steal price wise. I normally go to my dealership to by new tires but I will definitely be giving them my business in the future! 10/10 recommend! Shout out to them seriously. I don’t know what would’ve happened if they weren’t here to help

Place is horrible STAY AWAY! Good for tires bad for repairs and honesty. Mechanic refused to explain why my car wasn't starting just stated he "Knew" called a repo guy and he was able to explain in 2 minutes. Then they tried to say I owed them money when the repo guy came to take the car. Horrible, unprofessional, rude, and were trying to get the title to my car. STAY AWAY FOR REPAIRS. Tires they are fine.

I have been in the past week more than 3 times to this tire shop at least an hour before they close and as soon as I park they will tell me we are close. Today I went and was there over 15 and no one approached me or ask how can I help you. Their Customer service is horrible. Went down the block to another tire shop and in less than 10 minutes bought a new tire and I was out of there.

No other tire shop in Orange or Volusia EVER has my tire in a used version and new ones are close to $200 a piece. This shop literally ALWAYS has them no matter how many I need.

As for the suppose power outage which is a lie, it was clearly stated the owners birthday was today and you couldn’t service anyone, you were rude and after clearly stating all we needed was to put a rim in a tire which is 5 minutes top to do, clearly you do not value your customers. Is one of the worst places I have ever been to, customer service is horrible, they do not value their customers, arrived at 5pm to have a tire done and was told they were closed, literally drove down the block and when I turned saw they where doing someone else car. Do not go there if you want horrible customer service.

Go somewhere else they are scammers! Took the car in for a balance and alignment. Car was still shaky and the alignment is still off. We took back to them and took a look out at it and claims that everything is fine with the car. Now I have pay to go somewhere else to get work done.

Went there today place is a scam first there was no one being attended took 20 minutes for someone to ask if I needed anything was told $60 for a used tire then when he gave me the ticket it was $75 and on top of that was charged another $2 for using my card it’s ok though cause they lost my business never again

This is my go to place when I have a problem with a tire or I need rotation. This team has always been extremely efficient. Within minutes I'm out the door.. I will return.

This place took advantage of my dad. Took the car to get the tire checked out cause it had a nail. The guy focused on an old spot and didn't check the whole entire tire and the other nail was still left in there. They did NOT fix the problem. So in the morning the tire was low again. Had to go back. Which is an inconvenience. We wanted to see if they fix thier mistake since They didn't do thier job properly the first time. They had the audacity to charge again for thier mistake. This place is unprofessional. Do not go here!

listen to the reviews most of the reviews old these people really are a rip off and try to get over you each and every way i call them scammers they go to the back bring a used tire out tell you one price then another price ive been living over here for 35 plus year and i never bring my car to this tire shop they ripped off everybody i sent there some lady suppose to the manager here shes a terrible boss i dont even think shes the mangager i believe they lied to me so she can do they dirty work this play is only good for uhal trucks not even that part everything bad business about this play take the time and drive five 10 min out there is 100s of tire shops
