Roy’s auto was recommended to me by the dealership I bought my car from. I have been there twice in the last two years for breaks and another small maintenance item. I trust that they know what they’re doing but most importantly that they’re not trying to take advantage of a female who knows absolutely nothing about cars!! lol whenever my check engine light comes on…I know to go to Roy’s!

Couldn't be happier with the service. I was referred here by a friend who said good things so figured I'd give it a shot. Roy called me back right away and was waiting for me when I arrived early the following morning. He provided an honest opinion and all of my options. He got the job done same-day two hours earlier than anticipated. I'll be taking all of my vehicles here for auto work now. Thanks.

David and the mechanics here are great. Their service is awesome. Had my truck towed, and they fixed it in one day. It was a major timing belt repair completed in one day. The truck hasn't run this good in years. Thank you roys auto.

Super honest, and such a comfortable no pressure experience. I took my car there and David literally came out and explained what he thought my car needed and physically showed me what’s happening. I came in thinking it needed way more and they literally turned down my requests for other services because they said it didn’t need it! They are so genuine and honest. Amazing place

Its our local go to repair shop when I cannot repair myself or need help diagnosing trouble codes. straight forward work. Great staff...very helpfull and above all else honest. Highly recommended shop. They also manufacture custom made to order high pressure hoses on site for power steering and ac.

I took my car in for its first official tune up today and man what a difference it made! They even went above and beyond and got me a new spare key cut and programmed so I didn’t have to! Thanks again guys!

These guys are simply amazing! That is all I really need to say. From previous work on my Land Rover Discovery Sport, to current work my girlfriends BMW as well as my Toyota 4Runner, David and the entire staff and crew are always friendly, accommodating, and super-professional -- not to mention being extremely fair in their services pricing. They even provide courtesy rides to/from your home if need be. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Best communication iv ever had with a shop from start to finish. Also, I trust this shop will not upsell me or "throw the parts cannon" at my vehicle. Many other shops have and didn't even fix the original problem after several vistis requiring more money and more money, and time without my car...Not to mention the horrible customer service elsewhere. Don't get me started on that...Here, they figure out my concerns first, in a logical and sensable order, especially when my mind goes to fast and im freaking out when my car goes down. (I'm sure everyone can relate to that! ) Most of all, they will give you an honest, reliable opinion, then a action plan that makes sense that you're okay with after they see the car first, and then go from there!

Do not recommend! Tried to charge my girlfriend $1500.00 to fix AC. All it needed was a new coil..$60.00 and it's been working for over a year and going strong

These guys are so nice. My alternator and my battery both died. I told them that the battery was under warranty at AutoZone and they were able to get a new one DELIVERED so I only had to make one stop. Just stellar customer service, especially during the summer. Oh, and petting the shop dog is an added bonus.

We've been taking our vehicles to Roy's Auto for years. From my 1982 El Camino to our later model cars, Roy's always does great work, quotes us a fair price, physically shows us the parts needing replaced, and doesn't try to upsell us with parts that don't need to be replaced yet. An honest, reasonably priced and friendly repair shop...very highly recommended.

Wonderful place! My family has been using Roy's Auto for at least 15 years. We keep coming back for a reason. They are honest, reliable, trustworthy, skilled, reasonably priced, and so friendly. They look out for their customers, whether that's staggering your vehicle's repairs to make it more financially comfortable, to checking all of the little things before allowing your vehicle to leave their hands. They'll physically show you the work that needs to be done and they don't upsell. I could sing their praises all day long. TLDR: If your car needs work, take it to Roy's Auto.
