My car wasn’t starting and I had them look at it and they quoted me for 1500 bucks when the only thing that was wrong was the chip in key. I took it somewhere else they immediately told me the only issue was the key.

He was a NO SHOW to an appointment, what’s crazy is we was texting a hour before appointment and he confirmed he took cash app, and could come, he didn’t even properly diagnose my car when he came the first time so I ordered parts I didn’t need he’s horrible all around call “midwest mobile” he’s legit and in San Antonio area if you are looking for a mobile mechanic.

These guys came, gave me an honest quote and fixed it same day, they were quick and professional. HIGHLY recommend them for anything you need. Not to mention they are fellow Anglers with bigger fish then my PB lol. Stand up guys and high quality work, can't go wrong. If you need something fixed give these boys a call.

Roys communication from beginning to end was excellent. He answered all of my questions, was able to diagnose the issue with my vehicle after looking at it and not only he was able to come to me to put in the part he was even willing to assist me after I got out of work. Hard to find someone like him and his partner. I highly recommended contacting him for any issues

I don't know about these bad reviews from these toxic people, cause Roy was at the location on time took care of my buick in Walmart parking lot. I was good to go in 30min I was driving away. Fair price. thank you sir

ROY is a good auto mechanic. He fixed my car’s ac problem which are the AC Compressor and the AC Condenser in a very descent time and a very affordable price. Now my Car blows Cold Air inside and provides comfort for us. I do hope that he will not change his service to customers in this top competitive times. I and my family wish him and his buddy, and Family the best and May God will bless him and keep him safe each day of his job as a Mobile Auto Mechanic. 👍👍👍👍👍. Guy never showed up. Made a 2:30 appointment the day before sent a message to confirm 45 mins before. No one showed up and an hr after my appointment I got a response. Sat around all day waiting for nothing could have taken my car somewhere else or called someone else. I waited 2hrs after my scheduled time to leave a review.

My husband set an appointment for today at 10 am with this guy, and he never showed up. Texted my husband 20 minutes after the appointment time and said he couldn't make it until 8 pm so we decided to go through someone else.

This review needed to be here long time ago but I didn’t want to spend more time and energy on this guy… He’s a crock..,telling you what you want to hear but without any solid intentions.. He would lie about scope of work ,quality of parts and who knows what else.. He won’t update you and won’t answer your phone calls Beware. *NOT RECOMMENDED!!!* give your money to someone who respects you

Had Roy come over twice and worked on my 04 Cadillac Seville twice. Both times he came by he did a outstanding job and effortlessly I might add. He even pointed out some things I will have to look into soon free of charge. 10/10 Thank you for getting me back on the road.

After reading some reviews it seems the best thing that could have ever happened to me was this bum hanging up, lol. This dude hung up on me half way through the phone the phone call. That alone tells me this is the type of person to mess a job up and block you.

EDIT: THE motor i bought was from a reputable company LKQ. The response alone should tell future customers about his character. I had to call the police because he blocked my car in with his mini van, stating that i wouldn't get my vehicle back if I didnt pay TWICE the amount quoted. This guy may be good at oil changes and such, but save your money when it comes to big jobs. Changes agreed upon price at the last minute. Had to pay an actual certified mechanic to fix everything he messed up on my vehicle. He fixes vehicles in a dirt drive way...lol. .

He said that he will come at the appointment time we setup he never showed up . Which was a wasted my day because he said one time to me then changed it to another time. Then he texted me after he didn't show up he will come the next time morning. Never show up nor answer my call or text after

Horrible service. Roy worked on my car for 3 days and left me with it in worse condition. He broke my AC, and didn’t find a solution to the problem we had. He just kept guessing after we had already paid him $500 thinking it was gonna be fixed. Maybe he’s better just for little things but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I took it to a Goodyear instead and they told me that everything he did was incorrect and fixed it properly. Should’ve just taken it there originally instead of wasting our time and money.

I had a problem with my AC and my braking thought it was a brake problem. He took a look at it and I had a bad ac hose and not brake problem but a loose upper control arm,was loose he fixed that and check the other side and I had to replace that upper control arm. The truck drive smoother then before and then the AC didn't work after two days, called him up and he took a look and it has a leak on the new hose I bought . He put new Freon with leak stopper didn't charge. He is a really honest dude and reasonable price for what he did. I will recommend him and keep using him in the future.

I have tried various mechanics and I've never reached a level of comfort with them the way that I instantly felt with Roy. He checked over my Jeep with true professionalism and treated my vehicle as if it were his own. He is punctual, polite, informative and very reasonable with his prices. I will gladly make him my go to mechanic for all my vehicles and refer him to anyone in need of services.

Second time using Roy's Mobile Mechanic. He replaced the crankshaft seal and the belt in my wife's Malibu. Once again, he was prompt, knowledgeable, and fast in getting the job completed. Professional to the end. Can't say enough good things about the experience. Will be recommending to friends without doubt.

We broke down in San Antonio, 5.5 hrs from home. The only guy to answer the phone! He diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. Tracked down the part and had us on the road with in 24 hrs. Hopefully I never break down in San Antonio again but if I do he will be my 1st call!
