RPM had my car ready by the next day after a tire repair. they gave me the most reasonable price after i called several repair places that told me it would cost triple. no hidden fees, and gave me a clear receipt to show exactly what i paid for. cannot recommend this place enough, great communication as well!

I thought I needed a front end alignment. Ricky took it for a test drive. He comes back and says I didn't need it. No charge! Fabulous business!!! I've always had good experiences there but his honesty was very much appreciated!!!

Won't install parts on vehicles if they're customer supplied .. WE all know why, its not liability b.s . It's because you want to make ridiculous upcharged parts dollars and over charge customers for "shop supplied " parts. go elsewhere folks

When my car broke down, I had it towed to one service dealership to be told $8770 for engine replacement. My brother told me to get a 2nd opinion. I towed it to RPM on Atlantic/Pete & John. These guys thoroughly looked over my car. They found and repaired the issues for a way more reasonable price. She is running amazing! I thought I wouldn’t have my car back until Thursday or Friday and blessedly I got it back today! Thank you so much Lord for RPM, Pete, John, and Gma’s faith and guidance! Highly recommend RPM on Atlantic!!

Great, honest car repair! Pete really took care of my car today! Parked too close to a curb and dislodged my front bumper skirting. Pete made sure to attach it back for me using some spare parts out of his OWN personal tool box! What a nice guy! Very happy customer with my once again pretty car! Can’t recommend them enough for going out of their way to make a happy RETURN customer! Five stars for sure! Thanks Pete and the RPM Team!

My husband has 44 year old classic Corvette and he doesn't hand his baby to just anyone. He felt that the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Pete and the technician John went above and beyond what was on the quote and did a great job on the master cylinder repair in a timely fashion and at a fair price. He's a retired mechanic and knows how to do the job but choose to outsource it to them and he's glad he did.

RPM is the only place that I have ever trusted with my Challenger. I've been using them for almost 10 years now and I have always felt confident in their diagnosis and repairs. They're honest and knowledgeable about repairs and I won't go anywhere else if I can get my car to them.

Dropped my truck off to get my AC Compressor replaced. Pete Nieto was able to fit me in last minute, and diagnosed the issue in a couple of hours. Shoutout to Pete and John Kinsgbury for staying almost two hours past closing to get me back in my truck that day! Thanks Fellas!!!

They put the WRONG TIRES on my car and charged me extra. I went to this location to have new tires put on my car. They canceled my original appointment due to not having the tires I had ordered 5 days prior at the shop yet, and I then couldn't go in for another 4 days. When I rescheduled the appointment I requested the time to be 12pm and was told that would work, but when I arrived on the day of the appointment they told me I was early and my appointment is at 2pm. It was okay because they weren't too busy so they started working anyways. But two hours later when I paid to leave I realised they charged me an extra $200. I asked how that's possible and realised at some point during the scheduling process someone decided to put DIFFERENT TIRES on my car without ever informing me. They refunded me the extra $200 that I never agreed to pay, but after looking up the brand of tires they put on, I realised I am now stuck with worse tires than what I ordered. I have no idea who at this shop decided it was perfectly okay to order different tires for my car and not tell me, but | will not be returning to this shop and I recommend to anyone who decides to have work done here that you verify they're gonna actually give you what you paid for before hand.

Got new tires and a checkup on everything at the 100k mile mark of my car. A few months after I took it in, it completely broke down. Considering everything was supposed to be in tip top shape after they told me they would scour the car for anything wrong, I expected them to help out. Oh no. Over the phone, they not only told me "Sorry that's not our problem," but they also refused to admit they did anything other than change the tires on my car when I took it in. Which is completely untrue. It's alarming how the mechanics that work there can treat others as literal subhuman.

I have been using RPM for many years now. I have a Subaru Outback with 133,000+ miles. I have not had major issues, but that's a good thing. Mike and Anthony are more than fair with me and very accommodating. Today was exceptional as Anthony, who is typically at the desk, actually performed my oil change. He did it because I had an appt. and there was not anyone else to do it. I know that he was competent as is a mechanic, but he didn't have to do that. I appreciate all the extra seconds, minutes and hours that it takes to keep customers happy. As a retired admin, it is rare to see this occur nowadays. They work hard there and hope upper management appreciates them as much as this customer! Thank you for a job well done.

Made my appointment with Anthony. He was super helpful and professional. Was able to give me a very reasonable quote unlike other shops within the area. I thought I had an issue with my wheel bearing, but did not. Most shops would have gone through with replacing it, but RPM was very honest and I could not be happier with the professionalism and integrity of this location. Do not hesitate to reach out for any car services, I cannot recommend them enough and will continue to use them for my future car services.

After only using this place for all our families mechanic needs for over a decade, I will never take any of my vehicles here again after our last experience. They didn’t insert the plug correctly during my daughter’s cars oil change and all the oil leaked out into our driveway. When she took the car back in they tried to blame the issue on the age of her vehicle until they put it on the lift and recognized their mistake. When they went to fix it they broke the oil pan and tried to charge us over $800 for a new one. After several days of calling to try and speak to a manager, they finally decided to do the right thing and fix it. We refused to take it back to this location and went to the RPM at the beach. We had to leave her car in the shop for over a week to have it fixed because they ordered the wrong oil pan 3 times. We never received an apology for any of their incompetent mistakes or the overall inconvenience. They also treated my daughter terrible when she went in to tell them something was wrong. Never ever again will I step foot in one of their locations after this.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I came to this shop needing my brake light bulb changed and they appeared to be really helpful. I was sadly mistaken when I later found out they never changed the bulb, they only pretended to do my service which they charged me $106 for. I called them letting them know what happened hoping they would right their wrong. In return, they were smug and laughed about it then said they wouldn’t do it properly because all their mechanics left. It doesn’t take a mechanic to change out a light bulb. It wasn’t until I called corporate that they called me back to apologize, saying they should’ve just changed it. No kidding. The whole experience was extremely unfortunate. They are a huge disappointment. If they’ll do this over a simple light bulb change, they will do this over anything. I wish it was possible to give negative stars for this piss poor place of business. Save your time and money by going somewhere else.

SCAM !! A MUST READ. Came in towed with a broken tie rod passenger side. Told them the driver side was making noise. They called me saying they need to replace the driver side aswell. Went with the repairs. The noise continued and got worse after being charged for parts and labor and alignment. The noise kept on and got worse. I thought we had a bad ball joint even though they said they inspected. Had a mobile mechanic come out and reported they did not make the repair which could have caused a serious accident or result in peoples death including me or my family and others. I brought the part in that is pictured many times and recorded fixed and was told their mechanic said they replaced it. Its factory made part all rusted up and the right side repair is after market. They did not do the double repair and are billable so the mechanic to make double money said it was repaired while he worked on something else. Also this make and model is extremely difficult to the part per driver side per the internet and experience. They charged the repair and time and risked my family and other family's lives. When we brought in the part and receipts they told me their mechanic said he made the repair and thats it. We will be sueing. DO NOT GO WITH THIS BUSINESS. YOUR FAMILY AND OTHERS ARE AT RISK. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND LIE AND PUT EVERYONE AT RISK.

The really good sales guy and lead tech that ran this location for the last four years moved shops for better a working environment. I think they went to sandalwood car care.
