Had loss of breaks on my truck. Brought it in to get it serviced and inspected. $2,000 later had new calipers and rotors and some brake line repair. Spoke specifically on the phone if any other areas needed to be repaired within the brake line system. The answer was no. Within one week. Had another failure within the brake line system causing me to lose brakes again nearly causing an accident. Had the vehicle towed back to them and they had the nerve to try to charge me another $1,000 to repair the remaining brake lines that I asked them repair in the first place. This is a shame and dangerous and they should learn from their mistakes.

Short haired lady lost some buisness not wanting to do a transmission fluid drop and fill — with a bunch of talk about when was last time all this we can’t do it and so forth I told her I did it last time but it’s too much trouble to do it myself so I was gonna have someone else do it. You can look at the color and find out if it’s still good. The mileage is high, but I’ve done it every 60,000 miles. It’s just time to do it again and I don’t wanna do it but they lost business here

Companies want your business. They have logos, mission statements, etc saying we should shop there. One day count the auto shops, body shops self owned & corporate automotive repair businesses... Especially vehicle repairs are basically a lifeline to some or most people... My experience with this RPM auto repair shop was honest about my repairs... They could've changed me for an alignment but nope. Justin, Steve, & Christina assured me that all was needed was wheel balancing & made sure the steering was checked. So when you find a place that treats their customers in this fashion. I have to say they are upfront. So please check them out, call and see if they can help you. It was definitely worth time & money! Thanks y'all, Scott

Took my car for an alignment. These guys broke a bolt and wanted to charge me $590 for something they broke . This place is highway robbery. This is definitely not good business or the way to treat customers .

This place completely ripped us off. Charged $218 just for an ignition coil. Total bill was $450. Problem reoccurred. After watching videos on how to do it ourselves we spent $80 to buy four ignition coils - FOUR for $80 - because I read once one goes out they all start to... Which the shop should have known that and maybe should have advised us that could happen. Nope. Scummy people.

Took my truck in to get brake service because it was due for new pads/rotors because I was experiencing a braking issue which I was quoted $1300 for standard pads and rotors for a Dodge Ram 1500. Picked the vehicle up once "repaired" and the same issue I was having with the brakes persisted. Out of frustration there's more but I'll stop here ...I just found out today that my LF wheel speed sensor (they blew the brake hose on this side) has no signal available and of course my ABS light is on. Ironically after dropping my vehicle off here I was told by another veteran that I made a huge mistake. Never again.

The representative, Chris, is very helpful. I had a problem with my engine light, and they were able to fix it within a day. The service was expensive, but the job was completed.

I walked in, someone from a distance yelled welcome then no one at the front. Then all of a sudden there's 3 people going back and forth on who is going to help me. I needed assistance bc I have a check engine light on. The guy who "helped" said take a picture of the code and Google it. Figured maybe they could help me see if it's a fixable problem vice going to a shop but they were apparently not about helping today.

Brought my car in twice. First time i said i have shaking in the front and rear. So they changed out all 4 tires and my drive belt as well as mentioned my rear brake pads are starting to go. When i received my car i noticed a clicking sound in the passenger side and my car still shaking, just a little better this time. Since i travel, i could only bring my car in about a month or so later. Over the weekend i was told my CV axle was loose (they tried to blame it on the last people who did work on my car, which was them), my rear pads were “metal to metal” and needed pads and rotors (which wasnt the case because i wouldve been able to hear and/or feel that. As well as i was told a month prior they werent too bad) and that my bushings/links were going which i knew and said they were. They also mentioned my filter being bad but that was only about 6 months old. So they said they fixed all of these issues except the filter as it was pretty new to begin with. After receiving my car yesterday, i still have the clicking and I still have the shaking. Be aware of their company policies of having to change rotors with pads. Also, they cant use customer supplied parts. They only used the oil and filter i supplied. Cars should be tested to make sure work is done correctly and problems are solved before handing the car off. I have done all work on my car, myself. To pass blame onto others when it is clearly stated in their records i was there a month prior is pretty poor ownership of their own work. Its a good shop if they double checked their work and caught all the problems. From other reviews it seems they lean more towards making a dollar by you continuing to come back rather than really fixing the issues.

Exspensive, charged me almost three times the amount for parts , charged me for "fixing" my brake lights that they couldn't figure out, then I drive it and my transmission isn't shifting correctly. All and all it was a bad experience. When you take it to a mechanic shop you expect them to have solutions for problems but I'm left with yeah we tried but no results. Waisted money and time here.

I do not recommend going to this place! We brought in my truck in and they diagnosed saying we’d need an entire new engine. We decided to go to a Chevy dealership where they diagnosed us for just a small fuse issue. On top of the misdiagnosis and extremely high price for a new engine that we DONT NEED— the man at the front desk with the broken arm is very rude and not welcoming. I strongly suggest taking your business and money somewhere else that’s honest and professional!!!!

I have been going to RPM for a number of years and have found their work to be competent and their prices to be moderate when compared to others but most importantly I have never left feeling I was deceived or ripped off. This trip was for a routine oil change and while more expensive than the 5 minute changes you see advertised I think the peace of mind is worth a few extra dollars. But I will say I am concerned now seeing they have been acquired by Pep Boys who have not earned a favorable rating from me due to past experience. I hope I can continue to put my faith in RPM.

They charged me 3x as much as they should have bc I was from out of town and they knew I had no choice but to pay. They added bogus charges and took advantage of me bc I’m female. Asked a mechanic friend about it and he said it was ridiculous and that I was taken advantage of. Such a slimy place with poor morals. This place is the reason people are worried they will be up charged for car services.

Took my 2011 Nissan Rogue in there, due to my check engine light being on and my vehicle not wanting to go when I accelerate. I was told it was my air mass sensor, which I had already replaced with a new one , but I was told that the one they had was much better quality, so ok I’m just wanting my vehicle fixed so I trust what I’m told. Well two days later my check engine light is back on and my vehicle is not accelerating. I call and let them know about it, and I’m told bring it back and if it’s something we did we will fix it, um yes it’s something y’all did, y’all ripped me off for almost 800$. I decided not to go back because I can’t afford for them to “find another problem to cover up them not correctly fixing my vehicle in the first place. Do not go to this place, which by the way is owned by Pep Boys. The manager there , can’t remember his name is rude, however the heavy set guy was pretty nice, but at least he was pleasant while screwing customers over!!!!
