Hector is and his crew are absolutely amazing, patient, respectful, great customer service and a great guy. We are experiencing some transmission issues and Hector has been going above and beyond to resolve this issue. He's honest which is extremely hard to come by these days and is fair with his pricing. I'm so glad that we came across him and look forward to working with him in the future once our transmission issue is resolved.

Almost called the police because of the hostile actions of a confused man unable to locate paperwork. Price Gouge and taking advantage of the elderly is this places specialty. I have paperwork to prove it. Do Not take your vehicle here. Your pockets depend on it and MOST of all " your life".

I wouldn't take my car to this place if I was anybody else if I would have had a choice but I didn't this man charged me for 4 hours of work and it only took him 2 then he told me it was a 5-hour job I think he just took advantage of me because I'm a woman I paid the man $990 and when I left the car and he said he would take $75 off when I picked up the car he didn't remember a thing about that anyway he wasn't a man of his word

Hector is amazing to work with! As a young woman who has dealt with soooo many shops and mechanics in Sacramento for the past 6 years, this is by far the most HONEST and quality work I have gotten done. Instead of brushing me off after the car was fixed, hector showed me the exact part in my car that needed the fix and also gave me the old part. He was great in explaining everything to me and even gave me the old part!! He can take all my future business! And during this pandemic, his prices are fair! To all my young ladies who are afraid of faulty And shady mechanics ...no worries, come to Hector. He’s respectful, honest, kind, and also very funny! Thank you Hector. You have no idea how much it is appreciated!

RPM came highly recommended for their good and honest service. Hector was not only incredibly informative but told me that my car was in excellent shape and the only thing it needed was an oil change and a battery. This is opposed to the $1,200 quote I got from the dealer. Hector tested all of my fluids, sat down with me and explained everything from the diagnostic check and even gave me a quick lesson on the different types of oil. At no time did I feel pressured or confused about what was needed and why. His prices are fair, he’s professional and he will have my business again!
