I recently took my 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk to R.P.M. Auto Service & Repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Sam, the owner and a 40-year veteran mechanic, provided exceptional service. The Jeep has a complex front-end suspension system, and I went in with concerns about serious clunking noises. Sam got it up on the rack and quickly diagnosed the issue, providing a detailed breakdown of the necessary repairs. They replaced the front lower control arm ball joints, sway bar links, tie rod ends, wheel speed sensors, addressed repositioning the struts and performed a wheel alignment as well as repairing a small axle grease leak. I was impressed by their attention to detail and how they took the time to explain everything to me. The invoice was fairly priced and as we agreed in advance. It was clear and itemized, so I knew exactly what had been done. What truly sets R.P.M. apart is Sam’s (and his son Freddy's) professionalism, expertise, and decades of experience. Over just two days, he and his team worked meticulously to ensure everything was done right. My Jeep now drives better than ever—it's a smooth, quiet, and solid riding beast. To top it all off, they provide a 6-month/6,000-mile warranty on new parts, which gives me extra peace of mind. It’s clear that R.P.M. Auto Service & Repair prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction above all else. If you’re looking for a TRUSTWORTHY, reliable, and detail-oriented auto repair shop, I can’t recommend R.P.M. Auto Service & Repair enough. Sam and his team have earned my trust, and I’ll be returning for all my future car care needs! You should consider this as well. BTW, NEVER trust taking your car to the Jeep dealership in Santa Monica. They are rude and don't care to have your business.

I recently went through a tough stretch in my personal life, and to top it off, my car broke down. Having used RPM Automotive before, I knew exactly where to turn. Freddie and Sam, the father-and-son team who own and run the shop, went above and beyond, not just in their professionalism and fair pricing, but in their kindness and empathy. Their service was outstanding, prices fair, and the results spoke for themselves. It’s rare to find such good-hearted people in any industry, let alone auto repair. I was referred to RPM by a friend and was amazed by the customer service. I called RPM on 1/15/2025 to request an oil change for my Alfa Romeo. He said I can come in the next day and drop the car off. When I got to the shop, he welcomed me and we discussed the best pricing options. He guided me through a very transparent and detailed analysis of things I needed on my car coupled with an affordable price. Freddy is amazing and I will go to him for all of my car servicing needs.

Had a punctured tire and I gave the shop a call. They took my walk in, found the puncture and patched me up quickly and at a great price. I was in a bind and they made my day that much easier. I’ll be returning in the future for any other car repairs in the future.

Came to get a bolt removed that other shops would not touch due to it being stripped. Came to ask if they would be willing and Freddy told me he would be willing to help any way he could he was quick helpful and very nice I would recommend this shop to any one who wants an amazing reliable experience from a solid shop!

Freddy is the man! I initially called in for an estimate on some work based on the great reviews I read online. He superseded my expectations! Not only did he do a great job, he gave me a great rate and guaranteed his work. He admittedly revealed he under quoted me based on the time it took but he still stuck to his word on the price we agreed - a lot of respect for that. I’m a business owner and your integrity and effort are critical to your success. I highly recommend checking these guys out, Freddy will get you taken care of!

My car was making scary noises and had no power going up hills. The folks at RPM did a thorough hands-on diagnostic evaluation, identified the problems and fixed them. All on my time table and for a fair and reasonable price. My old Honda now drives like a dream. I could not be happier.

We live in the area and I should have come to RPM years ago. They serviced my car and took care of the issues quickly and at a fair price. Much better than the dealership! I’d highly recommend coming here. There’s clearly a reason they’ve been a successful local business for so many years!

the best experience i've had at an auto body shop as a girl. Freddie throughly explained everything I needed to fix my car with the lowest prices i've heard out of anywhere in LA, espesically for my BMW. 10/10 recommend, great customer service and my car drives like brand new.

Freddy and his dad Sam are super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly I highly recommend this shop! They got to the bottom of the problem right away and the prices are reasonable. Absolutely amazing service; it is extraordinary! The best place in town. I have never been to a better shop in Los Angeles. So many people have ripped me off or at least tried to up until I found this shop. Sam, Freddy, and George are detail oriented, they explain everything detail when working on my car and they have amazing prices! I have recommended all of my friends here and I will always give them my business. I highly, highly recommend this spot. They thoroughly go over your car and they stand by their work. Whatever your needs are, they have you covered. They specialize in European vehicles. And the location is great too! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!!

Freddy and his team went out of their way to help fix our car — we had hit some debris on the freeway and a metal plate underneath our car had come loose and was scraping the ground. Freddy took us in without an appointment and couldn’t have been nicer. I’ll be going back to get by brake pads replaced. Super considerate team.
