Simple and smooth car buying experience with this dealership. Bought my own first car, not in my parents name or anything like that, from these guys here. Ralph and his team are absolutely awesome! They’re honest, sweet and just a straight up huge help! I was recommended to come here by a friend of mine because her sister had gotten a good car recently, and when I met Ralph, he brought back light into my life when he helped me get my new 2007 Scion tC! Honestly I didn’t even know anything about cars before I came here, but by the time I got here I knew I needed a car that was low maintenance. When Ralph and his team helped me find a car that fit my quota, and introduced me to the Scion, it gave me a new view on the automotive world! I’m still learning more and more about cars and how to maintain them as we speak. And the more time I think back about how much Ralph helped me out, and how he helped guide me through the deal process, the more happy and relieved I become with my decision to have come here! Update I bought a car from this dealer 3 weeks later the ignition switch went out the mechanic said it had been bad for awhile, plus repairs that I had asked for on my other vehicle werent completed took my car to another mechanic he fixed the same day at half the price..not very happy

Ralph is one of the greatest mechanics that you will ever meet good manners well-respected knows how to work on a car when I took in my car to get it fixed he gave me a guarantee that if you were up and running and man did not disappoint I might not have a lot of detail to say but I put my trust in him and you should too if you want to working vehicle

We bought a vehicle a few months back and immediately as we drove off the lot the check engine light came on they kept taking it to try and fix the problem and the last time they took it they fixed it just long enough to get through emissions, the light stays on. Also whenever it rains the floorboards get drenched and when we bought the vehicle they said they ordered replacement handles for two of the doors to fix and never fixed them. I absolutely don’t recommend them and will send anyone that asks elsewhere. Horrible experience for first time buyers.
