Had a very great experience doing business with this company! Had my transfer case replaced. Robert, the owner, was very helpful, patient and understanding when I was having trouble getting my car towed to his shop. Felt safe leaving my car with him. Highly recommended, if I ever need to take my car to the shop in the future I’ll be bringing it here!

Can't speak enough about Robert, the owner. This guy's a wizard around an engine. He knows his stuff. All his years of experience are a true testament of the quality of work that he does. I brought him my Range Rover Sport SVR ($136K vehicle) and I trust him more than the local Land Rover dealership. He saved me a ton of money when my fuel module went bad. Dropped it off Wednesday and it was ready by next day Thursday. Unbelievable!! He even took the time to come do an initial diagnostic test at my residence because the vehicle was disabled. He explained everything and walked me through the entire process. As a first responder for 21 years, trust builds character and relationships with the community you serve and Robert takes the Cake! I'm excited now to partner with him on my next project. ECU Tune, Crank shaft pulley, supercharger pulley (upper and lower upgrades). Stay tuned!!

Let me start by saying this: if you're looking for a top-notch mechanic who can handle anything you throw at them, look no further than Robert! Absolutely trust him with my Audi S4. Over the past year I’ve taken my car in for a trifecta of work: new rear brakes, a cold-air intake installation, and an ECU tune. Robert tackled each task with expertise, great communication, and delivered phenomenal results. The brake job was flawless. My car stops on a dime now, and it feels so much more secure. Robert explained everything clearly, told me what to look out for as my car ages, and even pointed out just by looking at the light tire wear I needed an adjustment to my alignment. Next up was the cold-air intake. Robert's installation was meticulous, and the performance difference is incredible. My car breathes a lot easier, and it sounds amazing. Finally, the ECU tune. This was the pièce de résistance. Robert worked his magic and optimized the engine for peak performance. The car feels sharper, more responsive, and even seems to be getting better gas mileage. What truly impressed me beyond the technical skills was Robert's communication. He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions patiently, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. It's clear that Robert is passionate about cars and takes genuine pride in his work. In short, Robert is a fantastic mechanic. He's knowledgeable, skilled, and provides exceptional customer service. Probably my best experience I've ever had with a auto repair shop. I live out in Key West with a 2011 VW Touareg and with our repair options limited out here, it is always an adventure and commitment to go back to the "mainland" for anything we need done. I really appreciated Robert's ability to begin what I needed done over multiple emails and occasional phone call. He was clear and enthusiastic, as well as committed to make the best of my time after a 3 hour drive and staying overnight in a hotel near his shop. He was able to order my parts beforehand before I came and was ready when I arrived. I assumed I needed my rotors changed with my brakes and he saved me money after inspecting. He was able to procure the exact tires I wanted at the same price as TireRack. He made suggestions that made sense and I trusted what he recommended. The most amazing part of the experience was when I mentioned to Robert last minute and didnt expect a new result, that I had 3 separate dealers who could not fix a false oil level reading. I didn't expect anything, but well into the evening Robert researched what might be causing the error and at a minimal cost, was able to fix something I had been living with for 5 years. THE RESULT: MY Touareg is running like new again at 125k miles. Truly an amazing experience. I cannot recommend Robert enough.

Robert got the starter changed on my 2007 Chrysler Pacifica and got me back on the road super quick. Dropped car 4:30 pm Thursday, he called that it was ready 1pm Friday. After watching YouTube video on the complicated aspects of the job, I knew I had to let a professional do the job. The vehicle I needed help with is a 2018 Audi Q5 that needed its routine oil change - reverse light was damaged - tire pressure sensors needed to be reset - and a general inspection. The issue was finding someone that would be qualified to work on German automobiles without having to break the bank yet still receive quality work. Until now, all servicing had been done at the dealership due to its extended warranty of all repairs and parts from the Audi of North Miami. Once the warranty expired and the pricing on these services became clear, it was time to find someone who would be: #1- Closer than Audi (West Kendall Area) #2- Dependable and Responsible #3- Knowledgeable of these types of vehicles #4- Economically priced to the best of his ability during these times of inflation. Well, after careful research online and word of mouth from friends who have Volkswagen Group vehicles, I was led me to this small shop, privately owned, privately operated right behind Tamiami Airport. Conveniently, a 10 minute drive away from the house. On yelp he has a solid 5-star rating, however a very low amount of reviews. So it definitely sounded appealing and promising. The Phone Call Before venturing off to the actual location, I decided to call and gather further information on Robert's availability and pricing beforehand. He answered the phone for the first time very courteous, speaking professionally about the type of vehicle and demonstrating his knowledge of Audis. He sounded confident and so I thanked him and made plans to visit his shop with my vehicle. The Initial Meeting Early the next morning, we dropped off the vehicle and met Robert, who was friendly about meeting new customers. And he took our information and assured us that a thorough inspection, in addition to the repairs needed, would be performed. He also said he would call with an estimate of all parts and labor needed in the car. That afternoon, as promised, he called and offered Zelle as a form of payment which made paying easy. His inspection had also discovered something that could turn into a serious problem. A small puncture had been made in the CV joint boot, the part of the vehicle that holds together the axels and helps in turning your vehicle. This repair was approximately $590 dollars. This was a shock, but compared to Audi's price of $2000 plus labor to replace the part, it was a no-brainer. The Work Robert took pictures of the issue with the CV joint boot, he also sent pictures of the back of the car demonstrating how the reverse light was out. He was able to replace the light, reset the MMI computer on the vehicle to reflect the correct tire pressures, as well as all the lights being functional. He completed the CV joint boot replacement several days later when the part arrived direct from Audi. His oil change was a little more than most places due to his usage of Liquid Moli, research it and you will know why, it is one of the only oil manufacturers of synthetic motor engine oils in the world. The rest purchase Liquid Moli and fill it with their own additives. So it put into perspective what we fill our cars with when we drop it off at the Jiffy Lube. The pickup Robert made everything simple in picking up the car right after he was done completing all the repairs. He also has alternate pickup and drop off options for people just needing to drop their cars off for repairs. But we enjoyed learning all about this RS Auto Specialist upon pickup. Robert finished a full day of working and decided to share some of his career experience: He worked at The Collection, a second floor, air-conditioned, automotive, full service repair shop for the most expensive cars in Miami! Ferraris, Porsche, Alfa Romeros, etc. Cars worth hundreds of thousands of dollars were in this man's hands! He also worked at the official Volkswagen dealership, where he gained a lot of experience working on the VW Group automobiles. Take this review for what it is, an honest, unbiased report on one of Miami's top German automobile mechanics. Right here in West Kendall

Took my work truck to RS for an engine ticking, and he was able to diagnose it quick and get my Ram truck fixed within the week. While he was working on my engine heads he also found the cause of an oil leak I've been chasing for months, and solved it too. I highly recommend Rob ever since then. The truck as been driving quite and smooth ever since. No more Pentastar tick!

WARNING to anyone wanting to get their car fixed with this guy, either he is not knowledgeable with cars or he is just a dishonest mechanic! This guy made me an estimate of $2337 on my car when all it needed was to change the oil pan gasket, he said he needed to change other parts in the engine because of the leak in the oil pan! That sounded suspicious to me, so I took it to another mechanic and he told me I was getting ripped off by this guy! People be careful with this thief! Before I had gone to a second opinion mechanic he had given me an estimate in parts of $1100. I sent it to him through zelle, but as soon as the other mechanic told me I was getting scammed I called Mr Robert Sciandra and told him to cancel everything. He said he had ordered the parts already and that he had received them the next day. That there would be a restocking fee for the parts! He stole $200 from me . I highly doubt he ordered and received the parts in one day! So I asked him for a copy of the restocking fee and he said he would have to produce one himself! He never sent anything to me showing that he received the parts or of any fee!
