I brought my 72 Mercedes in because the engine exhaust put out a lot of smoke when accelerating. After 7 months, they finally fixed the problem with the smoking, but when I picked it up, they caused a new problem because the motor now runs rough at lower speeds. I was also charged almost $1,700 more than I was told it would be.

Great Staff and Service BMW X4 M40i had multiple service lights for brakes and oil, Ryan did an incredible job and was very responsive also Gina in the office was Fantastic. Price was perfect. I will definitely be back for any issues I have with the car! Thank you!!

Very accommodating! Our A/C stopped working days before we needed to vacate our condo and head back to Massachusetts with our cat. Ryan,Gina and crew came to our rescue. Fixed the problem and saved us a big headache. The team was pleasant, efficient, and professional….We would highly recommend RS Imports.

Brought my 63 impala over there to have them replace the center bearing they had that driveshaft out so quick and did a great job they even went the extra distance without me even asking to tighten up my belts And put some better bolts in my transmission mount very great experience over there highly recommended

Ryan and his team are by far the best. I have been going to RS for years. There are always great cars being worked on. This time Ryan got me out of a real jam when I had a fuel pump start leaking on my 2015 GLK 350. I was leaving to go OT when I noticed a bad gas odor. He jumped right on it and saved the day. Love my RS Imports! Can't thank them enough.

They are life savers… and trustworthy and will save you a tonnnnn of money… I have a Range Rover that was revving in idol. Took it to two different Range Rover dealers both said different issues and wanted over 4000 to do their repairs… they made no guarantees it would fix the issue and both contradicted each other… i had a friend say to visit RS imports. Turns out both Range Rover dealers were lying and ripping me off and RS imports fixed the issue (totally different than what the other dealers said) for a fraction of the cost. These guys are the only honest mechanics I’ve seen in Florida… and they know what they are doing. Had I not found them and used Range Rover I’d be out over 8k by now and not have my car fixed. I can’t thank these guys enough.

Ryan and his team did an amazing job of replacing the timing chain and water pump on my Range Rover. More importantly Ryan diagnosed the problem better than the dealership and made me aware of the issue . He is runs a confidence driven business from the moment you engage in conversation and is passionate about what he does . He is the quintessential expert mechanic that has been there and done that on all luxury vehicles . Fairly priced , timely, knowledgeable and caring. The devil is in the details and they tame the devil. Drove the River from Jupiter to Southampton NY no issues what so ever and no noise . Don’t waste your money at the dealership - ask for Ryan!

The technician most likely mis-diagnosed a problem and as a result I most likely paid an extra $600 for a repair that should have been only about $600 or $700. Would they admit a mistake? Of course not.

I have been using RS for over 10yrs... I have always had excellent service at a very reasonable price. They can work on basically any type of car but specialize in high end and exotics.
