My sisters and I were in the middle of our drive from Park City to Rapid City and got a flat tire. We were able to pull off in Douglas and called Ross. He was there within 15 minutes and was able to get everything fixed and we were back on the road in no time. We are so thankful for his quick and friendly service! Ross has great customer service nd is awesome at what he does. Came save the day for me after being stuck for 18 hours with frozen brake chambers. Once he pulled only took him a few seconds to get job done. I highly recommend this guy if truck service needed

Ross is AMAZING!!! He helped m husband, who was traveling throgh Wyoming on a Sunday afternoon, with a trailer tire. Not only did he diagnose the problem but he went the extra mile and checked all the other tires, lug nuts and grease! He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful!!! Thank you for taking such good care of us, when we desperately needed help!!!

Ross is a life saver! We were stranded on our way to Iowa from Idaho. He was willing to do anything it took to help us on our way. He was having problems with his own vehicle and he took a chance and drove it out to help us anyway. He even made sure to give me advice and lead me to a gas station with the best price. He was attentive and genuinely just a great human! I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

We were traveling with a fully loaded enclosed trailer with tires that just weren't holding up. We did a quick search and called and he could get us in so quick on a Sunday morning!! We pulled in and 20 minutes later we were back on the road with 4 brand new tires on the trailer! What a blessing to have such fast service while traveling across the states! I can't thank Russ enough for coming to our aide today! Blew out the back two tires on our RV just 10 miles shy of Douglas. They came to us with the tires we needed and fixed them on the side of the highway! It was 97° out today, at least. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

I want to say that Ross is a God send! We had two back tires blow out on our RV just 10 miles shy of Douglas, WY. Ross came out with two tires we needed in 100° heat, and changed out both tires for us. Super nice, professional, and quick!! Highly recommend RS Tire Service for all your needs!!

We had a nail in our tire while passing through Douglas and we called. The man met us at his shop within 5 minutes, repaired the tire in 20 minutes, and had us back on the ride in no time. Repair cast about $120 for after hours so not too shabby. Throughly impressed :)

Awesome guy, fixed our semi tire at midnight when no one else would. Was very honest and fixed my tire when he could have sold me a new one and was quick to come out. I highly recommend this company, got us rolling in no time. As far as the price, he charged 300 bucks, a bargain as I'm concerned considering how much other companies charge. Keep it up RS!

Four of us ladies driving cross country got a nail in a front tire in Douglas. We called two places before RS and were told they couldn't help us. We called RS and within minutes Ross met us at the shop and fixed our tire. We were back on the road within half an hour thanks to him. We also found him to professional, courteous and friendly.
