If I can give 0 stars for the unprofessionalism in this place I would. I completely understand how diagnostic fees work, we brought in my husband's truck just to ask if they do alignments on lifted trucks and big wheels and at first one of the employees said no and then another one came out talking and he's NEW and he came out saying they should be able to do it with no issue that he has plenty of experience and it should be fine. they took in the truck the lady inside sitting at her desk in sweatpants and crocs let us know at first it will $99.9 and then said its monday she made a mistake it was actually going to be $140 bc of the truck being lifted. no problem at all, they ended up letting us know they didnt want to do it bc the ball joint had a little bit of play in it and the alignment wouldnt last my husband let them know he was aware but if they can at least do it and we'll still pay just to get him home to GA without unevenly wearing out his BRAND NEW tires.. they said no thats fine. Come to find out while we're waiting for the keys the lady comes and tells us $50 and i let her know thats fine but no one mentioned it to us i have no problem paying but NO ONE mentioned anything about a service charge or i would have at least asked how much!! just beyond unprofessional & good luck going here. BTW we brought it right down the street called BIG CHIEF and found a place that is doing it with no problem, and they also let us know PREVIOUSLY about the $40 service charge if would isnt done! thats how you do business

If you have rims on the bigger side this is the place to go! They are fast, efficient and have great prices. You can even text to communicate which I think is great. My tow truck driver was late (my vehicle had to be towed there) they had already closed but stayed and waited for me. All over great experience and great people there. I will definitely be back for whatever comes next. Thank you RTG motorsports!!!

I must say shopping small has its advantages! Thanks to the staff at RTG, I saved about $5k on my last repair. The mechanics are knowledgeable and aren't about just selling you stuff or fluffing your bill! Lauren keeps you updated on the progress and you don't have to guess if things are being done right. I highly recommend RTG for your auto repair needs!

Thank you for your quick service. I was in and out with a flat tire! I was told by a random young lady that this was a black owned business so after filling my tire I prayed I could make it there without a blowout! I'm glad I did. His wife at the front desk was super nice and shared places to go for jazz and good music in the area! Thanks again for your service!

Wow!!! I should have written this last night. I ran over something yesterday and instantly air started coming out of my tire, i was on Normandy Blvd with my children and saw this shop. As soon as i pulled in, I saw the sign say closed, but desperately still knocked on the door. Immediately Lauren and her husband offered to help, even though the shop had been closed for hours. They did an amazing job, at an extremely fair price in patching my tire. They even let me know that my spare was missing from under my trunk, in which I had no idea. Lauren you are the sweetest person alive! I want to Thank you and your husband for going out of your way for me yesterday. You both were professional and kind and I genuinely appreciate the service and care that was given. I will def be back for any future needs and will tell anyone in passing how wonderful you are. Thank you again!!!

Do not go anywhere else for your car needs. This place is professionally run and the service is amazingly fast. My tires were on in less than 30 minutes. They found a problem and they didn't push to repair it they just told me what it was and explain to me in depth what the repair would cost and take. They are honest as the day is long. I highly highly recommend this shop!

I took my truck to 3 different mechanics and no one could find the problem my truck was having. Lauren simply told me to bring it in and they would get me going and they did just that.
