Gran servicio, me salvó de otros mecánicos y logramos reparar sin exceso de gasto. Creo que son honestos. Agradecido. Leí otro comentario sobre la atención al cliente y aunque es cierto, se comprende porque no tienen secretaria ful time. Y es normal fallar si no tienen a alguien para eso. Lo que puedo decir, es que tuve paciencia y comprensión, y eso me hizo ahorrar al menos 400$.

Hidden gem in Miami! These guys took care of my SUV for years at Plaza Tire & Auto Center on 2nd Avenue until it closed. I’ve been going to Ruben’s ever since and don’t trust anyone else! This is a family run business: they are honest, knowledgeable, and do excellent work, while offering the best prices in town. I highly recommend them for all of your auto care needs! This place is a joke 😂 I went there because I needed some sensors replaced in my car, and they didn’t know what was happening. A guy was having a feast in the middle of the shop, so he was too busy to acknowledge anyone. Another dude looked too busy on his phone, I guess, playing candy crush. The only person that came to me didn’t speak a word of English, so it was hard for me to explain what was going 🤦🏻‍♂️ Long story short… I ended up leaving, lol I honestly don’t understand how some businesses stay in business.

i only trust these guys!. as a woman, im always worried i’m going to be ripped off when it comes to cars but these guys are fair, knowledgeable, and honest. best in the business and recommend them for oil changes and any car repairs!!!! thankful for you guys!!

I have been going to Ruben's since they closed Napa Auto Care on 2nd Ave. I am extremelly please with the quality of the services, a very professional , the reason I say Professional is they treat you with respect,ethics and fair prices. They never overcharged, and believe me I have been using other places aroud my neighborhood ( I was a customer at Napa Auto Care and suddenly they closed,leaving me totally clueless) until I re-encounter with the Napa's front desk lady, Gerrie). I am very happy with Ruben and his son Edgar, this is a family business and they are the best !!!!!!

They did a great job with my oil change (I'm afraid to say how great the prices are cuz you all will be busting down the door if I do). The owners are the family members of mechanics I've known at Plaza Tire and Auto for many, many years. Google maps couldn't find the place but it's 63 Northwest 71st Street and it's just West of North Miami Avenue.
