This place really is out here taking advantage of customers. One of those places where you should maybe believe those 1 star reviews. Went to this place for a battery, starter and alternator check. Called ahead and was told come in. After the check was told everything was good with that check and I needed an electrical diagnosis. Was charged and told to come back as the electrical mechanic wasent in. Electrical seemed a bit much as I drove myself to this shop. Went for a second opinion and it was the battery. I’m sure the owner is going to comment on this review and make things seem like that’s not what happened to continue to get business but these reviews are up for a reason. I only say this because I noticed all the 1 star reviews the owner makes it seem as if it’s the customer and not the business. I’m sure people have had great experiences here however that was not the case for me. I would say that if you speak Spanish you will most likely get better service. Strictly tires are what the consumers should be purchasing here. Good luck to this company as I would like to see them become more trustworthy and true to the business.

En este negocio no deberían de ofrecer servicio de mecánica automotriz. He tenido 2 malas experiencias en cuestiones mecánicas en este lugar…son buenos en el TIRE SERVICE . Pero en lo mecánico no les recomiendo. Perderán tiempo y dinero .

I sent my husband to get an oil change, he doesn't speak Spanish , they had him sit there for 20min. Never asking him how they can help him, kept being on the phone helping other people my husband actually had to say oh I guess I can't get help. They scanned his coupon but then said they didn't see him. Then one of the men acted like they wanted to challenge him because he questioned, is this how you treat your non Spanish speaking people? They just brushed him off then told him come back in 25min. Not a good FIRST EXPERIENCE!!!

This place is a ripoff. When you called you one thing and then they do something else. Switch out a tire they bring you in and overcharge yyou.. to undo their job they won't do it especially like removing a tire and putting it back to the original one day mess up. Don't waste your time go somewhere like Sam's and pay the money. Where you got at least get your refund back these places they take your money and it's a scam.

Bad service. & The parts that you get are Refurbished . They also have younger helper that have no idea what there are doing . Be ready to wait at least Hours. They start working are your car . Then . The Dusaper

Been a customer of this shop for over 20 years. In that time I've recommended many people for tires, brakes and things of that nature. For the first time I needed them for mechanical work. I was in need of a wheel alignment after getting an engine installed. That's when the nightmare started. I was told that in order to align it I had to change some parts and the bill would be under $1,000. I agreed they began working. After 2 days I was told to pick up the vehicle and when I did after paying the vehicle will sit the same condition as I dropped it. I complained about it, they drove it and the mechanics had it to those that I should throw away the truck (99 Suburban). At this point I complained directly to the owner who told me his brother would look at the problem personally. At the end the vehicle was in the same condition as I had brought it before and the money spent totaled a little bit under $2,700. Hard money wasted. I went to another mechanic who pointed out all the mistakes that they did and all the parts that they overlooked. They were able to fix the vehicle for $250. I don't want to say that it's a bad place to do business because they are great for used tires but if you need mechanical work please look elsewhere.
