Well I’m sharing me and my son experience with his car repairs at this shop has been very good service when it’s a issue Jeff took very good care of my sons car quickly, John took care of the tow even though their shop had just closed, Jeff figured out diagnosis, contacted warranty company got work approved and updated me and my son right away before the shop was even open and got my son a rental approved through warranty company while the work repairs are being completed. Thanks Jeff and John for making your customers happy they made me and my son happy 😊 thanks a million, we will continue being grateful customers.

They were great, my engine went out on me. They really fought for me with my warranty company to get the repairs approved. They even gave me a loaner car. I am forever grateful! Highly recommended!

At one time or another, Ruby Isle Auto has taken care of everything! You'd never know by looking at it, or by driving my car, that it is over 20 years old now. Dependable service at reasonable prices with a great family who are also good citizens who support community functions like Scouts, the schools, taking care of stray critters, etc., etc...

Ruby Isle Auto is very professional and friendly staff. I needed a new head light, being from out of town and did not know who to go too, and they got me in quickly that same day. These guys are the absolute best. I work nearby and I have been servicing cars with them for a decade. They are always quick, reasonable and very honest. Much better customer service than the dealerships that I used to service at.

I dropped my 1993 cadillac Eldorado off for a diagnosis to see why the catalytic converter is getting hot. Dropped it off on a Thursday, after not getting a call back by the next Tuesday I called to check on my car and to see if there were any updates, I spoke to a guy named john who could not give me any information about what was going on with my car, and said that he would get back to me within the hour. He never call me back. I call back there on Thursday and he still was unable to give me any update about my car. Later that day he called and said that my car needed plugs, wires and a coil. I informed him that I had just put plugs on the week prior. He said he would speak with the tech and call me back, that call never came. The next day I called again and after being placed on hold for 30 minutes, I was told that John was busy and would return my call within an hour.on Friday I called again to see if anyone could give me any information about my car. I spoke to John who informed me that my car needed 2 coils a mass airflow sensor and a ignition coil and he could do it for 1350.00, but he was waiting for parts. I informed him that I would just like to pay for the diagnostic and pickup my car. He offered to do just the 2 coils for 879.00 to save me money and increase my cars value if it runs better. I informed him that I just want the diagnostic report as I can complete the work myself. He informed me that because the catalytic converter had been taken off and tested and the other diagnostic work it would be total of 364.70 and that i would have to pick my car up tomorrow, after it was put back together. I was thrown off because I was next door at Wendy's and did not see my car in the bay or on the property when i rode thru their parking lot. I picked my car up on Saturday right at closing time and I was very confused by the diagnostic report because it did not make sense seeing how the coils are numbered and they have one numbered correctly and the other has numbers that are on two other separate coils. This would mean that it's either numbered wrong or I need three. Which brings me to the last issue, I did an oil change and noticed that my catalytic converter had one screw tight and the other not in properly as I had left it before I took it to Ruby Island for diagnostic. So if you don't want to be scammed out of you hard earned dollars don't go there. I hope this is an isolated incident and not their regular business pratice. I will be going to speak with management on their next open day.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Ruby Isle Auto. The people, everyone there, are knowledgeable & considerate. The work done is complete and done carefully. They look after my car as if it were their own. Quick, clean, friendly service. Who could ask for more than that? Well, I could & do. Along with the fast, friendly service comes terrific prices! Can’t ask for much more than what you get! 😃

For the most part I had a great and courteous experience they got me all the way together very affordable gave me a uber ride to pick my vehicle up when it was ready way better business than Velasquez Auto complete I really appreciate Ruby Isle Auto and will go back if need be I would recommend them over any other shop thank you!

horrible service I wouldn't recommend to anybody some of the employees are nice for sure that Jon guy takes forever on work he has had my truck for a period of six months and the problem still haven't gotten fixed and he charged me a nice decent amount of cash I had to take my truck to a dealership that is insane

I ordered my own parts thinking that I might do most of my own repairs. When seeing what was involved with replacing the headlamp, I scheduled this as well as bumper cover and fender liner replacement to be done at Ruby Isle Auto repair center which was recommended to me by the parts company. The cost for replacing just the headlamp assembly as quoted online was $262.50. Since the bumper is removed in the headlamp replacement process I asked for them to also change out the lower bumper cover and fender liners and to do this work I was given a verbal quote at the shop for $400 for all the work: headlamp, both fender liners, and lower bumper cover R2 and I provided the shop with all the needed parts. This was scheduled to be done on a Thursday and I had a 9am appointment, when I arrived at 2pm to get my vehicle nothing had been done and I was told they no longer had enough time to even change thie light that day. My options were to leave the car with them overnight or to come back the next day for a re=do, which is what I did. On day 2, when I went to pick up my vehicle and pay, they had some other work that they did that supposedly was found during the investigation process. I highly doubt that what they are claiming they found/did was actually damaged/fixed, but since I did have an insurance claim I gave them the opportunity to have this paid for by my insurance. I paid my share of the bill ($397.50) I was not informed at check out that the agreed upon work was not fully completed and found out when I got home that they did not replace the lower bumper cover as agreed for this price and noticed they also did extra damage to the upper bumper cover/grill when they did their work. Supposedly they did a diagnostic of my vehicle and all 4 tires stated low pressure due to the cold weather and this was also not addressed. Finally, there were dirty hand/fingerprints all over my white front bumber and fenders because they did not take the time to wipe down the vehicle as should be done upon completion of work. I would give them less than a star for overall professionalism. I have since started to do the work that was not done and could have easily at this point done the entire operation myself and saved myself the time, money and hassle of working with this company. Highly not recommended.

Never use this mechanic shop, they are an complete rip off an rude!!!! A complete scam, and will not give your money back!!!! They do horrible work, will over charge, and not complete the job!!!
