I took my car in on 7/27/24 to repair a leak in the exhaust pipe and they did a diagnosis on the car and they wanted to put in parts that my car didn't need. I decided not to have the service done because in reality I was being robbed. I took my car to be repaired at another business, I only paid $70 for it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!

Always great work and fast service! Made a mistake trying somewhere else and I got robbed! and, the work they did to my suv cost me more and gave me more problems, never go anywhere else Rudy!

My partner and I went there 6/5/2024 around 11am to check our a/c. I got recharge and the prices were reasonable. We got in and out quickly and it was very convenient. The A/c seems to be working fine and we were told that we can come back in if any issues still occur. However, my only issue was they refused to write us a receipt because no parts were used. I don't think that's a good business practice. To be honest it's very unethical and unprofessional so beware. Hopefully the A/C doesn't need more repairing. * P.S make sure you bring cash because that's all they accept as they refuse other types of payments.

Took my car to Rudy’s Muffler & Auto Shop at the recommendation of the tow truck driver after my car sustained 2 flat tires from the mother of all potholes on Grand Ave. These guys were patient, courteous, very efficient and gave me a great deal. I felt like I was in good hands there, and it made a bad situation so much better. Thank you SO much.

BAD EXPERIENCE! The car was fine coming into the shop only for a tune up. Was charged 500 dollars and had parts from a different vehicle on it. DO NOT COME HERE! They will rob you!

Car was fixed very quickly. Diagnosed problem quickly. Prices are kinda pricey. But you get what you pay for. Will update after I drive the car for a couple days.. I would recommend people to Rudy's Mufflers..

Dont care what lies people tell in the end you will find out these people rode me to no end and i was left with a check engine like that i haven't been able to diagnose or get rid of so there goes the emissions test what they tod me me was the problem was electrical but i did not have that problem when i brought my car in ,this is after i had spent over $1000 at the establishment This place is a rip off 😪 don't do it, please i beg you any place but here ,they think that they are slick,do yourself a favor and DON’T DO IT! JUST DONT!

Went to Rudy's for some issues with my car, they identified the problem right away gave me a reasonable price and was able to fix the issue within 3 hours of drop off. Very professional experience. Also loved I was able to get a warranty for the job done, being my first time there it was definitely an ease of mind! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for auto repairs.
