I purchased two tires in September and the front tire kept going low and I brought my car back twice and they reassured me everything was fine and if it goes low again they would replace it. I’m here today and they refused to replace it and I had to purchase another tire for $60 I wonder will this one last. They claim they only guarantee one month according to manager

Good morning on this rainy gloomy Monday. I went to this shop on Sunday morning looking for 2 tires and an alignment. One of the guys working here tells me we don't have the tires you need but they're in the other part of the shop so come back tomorrow, I say ok great. I am by the way do you guys do wheel alignment he said yes in the other part of the shop I said ok great. I left happy thinking I was going to get this done the next morning. Monday rainy morning, I pull up, not only does the guy not come to my vehicle and speak but I roll down my window and have to get out in the rain car seat is getting wet, but they don't have the tires and they don't do alignment either he had told that they do. I must mention I speak Spanish so there was no language barrier. Lastly they tell me come back Thursday well have tires then I looked at all three of them and said no. First you tell this then that then Thursday, I shook my head no said no then backed out, ridiculous. I'll never come back here and definitely tell my story and never recommend it.

Would not recommend. I went to get my tires ride fixed he said the estimate would be around 500/600$ to fix it and he would give me a call Monday with the exact price. He never called Monday so I called him ge answered said he would call back but never called back so I called again he said somebody else wasn’t there so he would call me the next day witch would be Tuesday still never recieved a call so I took my car to united tire service who did the work for half the price that Rudy had told me and the got me in and out

Sold me a tire the wrong size and then lied and told me it was a good tire even though I told them it wasn’t , they assured me it was .. tire lasted a week
