These guys are funny, if you don’t want to service everyone just say so, it’s a free country. I can’t stand when someone is scared to be themselves. These people are phony and spineless. Service is terrible like they’re lack of integrity.

Will not be going back here. They took 6 hours to do a state inspection and emissions, and when I called to check on the status of my vehicle, their line was continuously busy. Luckily I was in walking distance and when I showed up, they hadn't even started on my vehicle. Staffed with just 1 person doing all the cars in the lot. He never asked me when I needed it back, just assumed he'd be done with it by closing time (which according to him is 6pm, but Google says 5pm). 👎👎

I have been taking my car to Ruffing for three years now. They are all considerate, nice and trustworthy gentlemen. Starting with the owner, D, and Mike. They talk to one clearly and right to the point. And the most important: the job is excellently well done done. Great work!!!! Blessings to you all.

I rented a Budget box truck from Mr. Tim and I couldn’t have been happier with the service and the rental box truck. Mr. Tim got me in and out with ease and was great to work with as a Budget representative. Box truck was in great shape and made a long distance move in 2 days with no issues!

Do not rent trucks from them as you may not really get a rental!! My sister was moving to another state and went to pick up the truck and they did not have one

I am so thankful and grateful to these folks, they came through in a pinch. My out-of-state registration expired this month, and I needed to have an emissions inspection (and obtain the passing certificate) in order to renew my registration. My state accepts passing emissions certificates from other states, but of course, questions came up since my state’s process differs from PA’s process. In any case, it worked out and we got it done. I would have had to wait 2-3 weeks to get an inspection at a dealership and pay twice the price. These guys were able to get me in right away for half the cost of a dealership, and they were extremely pleasant folks through the process. THANK YOU. Update: I uploaded my passing certificate to the Oregon DMV website, and they emailed the renewal information within an hour. In the words of my partner, “I’ve never seen bureaucracy work so fast.”

They are fair and honest. They've never pushed services and I've never felt like I was being jerked around. I would definitely recommend it to others.

We are lucky to have this family business in our town since the 1960’s. There’s a reason for the longevity. I highly recommend these guys. They did my last repair for less than half the price quoted by a dealer and a big chain competitor.

Ripped me off. I was told my fee would be $46 & to pick up my tires it’s now $80. Took over 4 hours to get rims put on 2 tires. Save your money go somewhere else I won’t be going back.
