Overall a good experience, had my transmission rebuilt. They were quick and communicated promptly. Some of the upgrades/work i requested were not done. I asked to do the rear main seal as a preventative measure since the tranny was out but he said it looked good so he did not do. Also, i asked for a billet converter upgrade but he put a stock one. The transmission shifts well so far. By far the best thing about this shop is they are very affordable and quick. Plus the communication was excellent. Even though they didnt do everything i wanted, they did the job and did it well, with a warranty.

Quick , affordable and nice people. Great communication from Arturo with how your vehicle is doing and when it will be done , they respond and give an estimate right away will be my go to place in Arizona.

Wouldn’t trust them again had parts stolen! I had taken my truck to had the transmission change for another one that I purchased at a used part store. They took for ever to swap the transmission’s and in doing so made me lose the guarantee for the transmission since I could return the core on time. Only excuse I was given was that Arturo had left to see a baseball game out of town left Ramon in charge of the swap and Ramon left for vacation so no one was left with the job but they said they’ll talk to the place I bought it from to reinstate the guarantee but never did and left me hanging with a transmission that was compatible because they didn’t complete the job in the time frame they promised. BUT! That’s not the worse I took the trunk home now the trunk couldn’t go over 15mph and had the 4x4 service light on I was just told it by Arturo that it was because the transmission wasn’t compatible. After a while I ended up taking it to a different shop they found the right transmission but when they return it told me the drive shaft had to be replaced be cause it was broken but wasn’t before taking it to Arturo and they told me the front differential for the 4x4 and axels along with the crossmember where missing!!! That is a more than a $2k job that I have to invest in my trunk because most like they broke the pieces like they did the drive axel or stole them!

How trustworthy they can Be? They fix my 1990 chevy truck transmission put gaskets all over charge to me very good money and my truck is leaking oil so bad, without mention that they change my steel radiator for a plastic one,,,
