Mr. Ruiz Automotive shop is always trustworthy when it comes to customer service. My husband takes his truck get fixed and they do a great job. He makes sure the truck is locked and safe. We will continue to refer friends and family.

I am a tow truck driver and I have dropped off customers at this automotive place who have been with Mr Ruiz for 15 some even 20 years and I recently took my truck in and got a lot of work done for a good reasonable price LED lights replace the bushings catalytic converter fixed my doors the handles the much more he's very honest fast and worth the money if you want to good honest mechanic he's your guy.

Honest and beyond fair. My regular repair shop would've had to keep my car for 5 days to diagnose the issue, since they were so busy. I couldn't be without my car that long. So I relied on Neighborhood Nextdoor. Mr. Ruiz was my 2nd call. I went right over. They looked at my car, told me what the issue was, (the catalytic converter sensor) then said they reset the engine light warning bc sometimes going over something on the road it gets stuck and triggers that sensor. He told me that my car/ mileage shouldn't warrant problems with the cc. The recommendation was to wait and see if/ when the check engine light comes back on to be certain it needs attention and repair. Since it is a costly repair (at least $600 per sensor, and there are two: they don't recommend just doing 1 if you can do both), they assured me the car wouldn't fail or leave me stranded, so I chose to wait and see. 8+ weeks, no trouble! Did I mention that Mr. Ruiz didn't charge me for the diagnosis and squeezed me in the same day? I'll be back, but hopefully, not too soon😉😊

Joe Ruiz has been working on my classic truck for 6 years or so now. He does good work and his prices are fair. He doesn’t rip you off. If he doesn’t get something done right, he will make sure it is right. Joe is a good man and I recommend Ruiz Automotive.

Joe is not just an amazing mechanic but one of the most honest and nicest guys you will ever meet. He is gem and his shop although a smaller shop still packs the punch with top quality repair and service. His honesty can be seen from the fact that he broke my key fob by mistake and immediately messaged and called me stating he means to replace it with a brand new key and even placed the order from the dealership which was $135. I have taken my cars to other shops and they wouldn't have cared so much about your car like he does. I had my entire Clutch Assembly replaced with him and he even took me to the shop and showed exactly what had happened. The pictures are attached as well. If you're looking for an honest mechanic who knows what he's doing, don't even think before dropping the car with Joe and his guys, they are legit and super trustworthy. I'm glad I found them.

Mr. Ruiz is by far the most reliable and honest mechanic you will ever meet. I go to him for anything including oil changes, car inspections, and he even replaced my engine. Unfortunately I have had to go to Mr. Ruiz on multiple occasions due to my POS vehicle, but fortunately for me, I have found the best person to take care of it!! He even has a great tow company that he recommended for me to use.

Mr. Ruiz is wonderful. He is able to diagnose the problem quickly, and make the repair in a timely fashion. He is practical and absolutely honest. His pricing is beyond fair. I trust him 100% and I recommend him whenever I possibly can!

This guy brings back the old fashioned, honest work ethic. He is the kind of guy that you could shake his hand and take his good word to the bank...a characteristic rarely seen anymore. He did something for me, a perfect stranger, and didn't ask for a penny. It is a shame that I do not live nearby or I wouldn't go anywhere else, but if I happen to be near and need automotive help I won't hesitate to return, thank you good sir I won't soon forget your good deed. !

I will recommend Ruiz automotive to anyone and everyone. Joe and his team are the best! He fixed my car while I was at work. They looked at it, immediately found the problem and he told me straight up that this was the problem, this was how many hours it was going to take and what the part cost. He did not jip me out of anything or give me a run for my money just because I'm a woman. They are the nicest and most honest company you'll come across in miles.
