A guy came to me and said "China girl needs two tires," and started working on my car which was not the part I asked for. (I was there for another check up.) I guess there was another lady waiting for the service and workers misunderstood who needs what, but still, I don't think it's right to call that way because I'm an Asian, and it was an offensive experience.

My FixGo tires were delivered to Rulas and the experience was excellent. My tires arrived at noon, I showed up around 2:20 pm and had a brand new set of tires fully installed by 2:40 pm. These guys are incredibly fast and professional.

Rulas tires saved us when our front tire had a bubble that was about to blow. They were quick and great price $45 for a used tire which had great tread life still!! Thank you Rulas tires we will be back and recommend you guys anytime!!

yo fui a esmt3 lugar a comprar un par de llantas nuevas. y les dije q me cambiaran los frenos y me los cambiaron, pero cuando lo hicieron no le pusieron aceite de freno y se me descompuso el máster cilinder y el buster q me hizo gastar $400.⁰⁰ en material más el labor

They not only fixed my tire needs, but also serviced my vehicle at GOOD, FAIR price. Being a woman, I've felt unmotorable at other shops. I came here for an AC recharge. I was a bit worried because the price they quoted me seemed a bit too good to be true, but I was impressed when I showed up. I was relieved to see that have very nice tools (snap on brand, which is known as the best in the automotive industry). They were also very hardworking and nice. They did everything well and my ac works perfect now. I’m definitely going to come back!

don't believe them. they lie about the tires they have in stock. after talking on the phone to see if they had the tires I was interested in and after driving for an hour in the heat and traffic it turned out they didn't have them. are not correct. i am totally disappointed.
