They are extremely expensive. They are extremely slow. Your vehicle may sit their for weeks before they work on it. They also didn't fix some of my truck issues correctly. EXPENSIVE!!

Don’t Go There!!! They Are Scammers. Took my truck in for routine maintenance and they offered to replace a bunch of issues under the HINO WEP program. According to them I had codes that were saved to the ECU the warranted replacement, reprogramming or upgrade.That should have been COMPLETELY covered under the program. When I went to go pick my truck up they had charged me a $300 diagnostic fee which I didn’t necessarily make a big deal about because they had supposedly did a bunch of work. A month later I got a check engine light and decided to got to IP Truck in Lewisville TX just to be informed that the work they had supposedly done wasn’t done correctly or completely and would need to be redone or completed based on Hino factory standards. COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE!! The replace basically the entire DEF system as well as all the fuel lines and fuel Injectors. They didn’t charge me a penny and they even gave me a free oil change and lube. The Service Forman at rush truck center is super sketchy, he smiles and laughs in your face but doesn’t care at all about you or your truck. STAY AWAY!!!

The men and women of this shop are knowledgeable, experienced, direct and down to earth.... their pricing is fair. I was more than pleased, I feel safe in 'penelope' (motorhome class A). THANK YOU ALL! My trip has been a success because of you!

Received my order on time and in great shape. Kudos to Reagan
