Took my Armada in for an oil change and was very pleased. Not only was I able to get in the day I called, they told me it was free! I didn’t know, but I got complimentary oil changes when we bought our car from them. They also rotated my tires! Then I got a full video of the inspection. I also appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me any “extras” that I didn’t need. So far, I purchased/leased 4 cars through Russ Darrow and I plan to go there the next time I’m looking for a car.

A pesar de que no pudieron detectar el problema de porque la batería se descarga. Me pusieron una nueva aun siendo que la anterior solo tenia un ano de uso, por si es que fuera esta la que falla. He escuchado que Nissan tiene un problema con esto. Mucha gente ha reclamado. Pero el servicio fue muy bueno, rápido y amable. Me tuvieron informada todo el tiempo y me dieron servicio de traslado ida y vuelta. Si, definitivamente recomendaría este lugar.

Honestly, I have never received service so quickly before. Erin was on top of things. She explained things very well and professionally. I could see my car being worked on from the window up and close. I will see you next time.

My experience was was awful. I had a scheduled appointment, for an oil change only. I was asked if I wanted a car wash? I replied no. I was asked if I wanted a tire rotation and I replied no. Just an oil change. I want service technician do the oil change and drive off with my car. I waited 15 minutes before I went outside to look for my care. In the meantime I sent service advisor a text no car wash. And asked what was taking so long. No response. I waited another 15 minutes went to the service advisor desk (Travis) no where to be found. Another service advisor grabbed my paperwork and begin completing and I mentioned to her (Erin) I do not want a car wash. She said I apologize it already in there. The disrespect for my time was the end for me and Russ Darrow Nissan. This is not the first time. I will never used there services again.

My service adviser, Erin, was wonderful. I was able to get my oil changed in under an hour and she provided me with insight on my tires and when I would need any other upcoming maintenance. The day before my appointment she and the service team were able to quickly help me with a tire issue I was having in the middle of a snowstorm and I did not even have an appointment. They are really a wonderful crew!

Had oil change and I could see the mechanic working, looked like he was checking everything. It was the first time I could see them working on my car and it made me feel confident in Russ Darrow in Milwaukee.
