Very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to accommodate me without appointment for state inspection/emission. Gave him a call and went there and got it done within minutes. Truthfully, won't go anywhere else to get them done here in St. Louis.

We love Russ’s! They are great to work with, super convenient, and their prices are very reasonable. They have helped us with anything from a basic oil change/tire rotation to more complicated things like diagnosing where bad sounds/smells were coming from. Would recommend!

Remarkable experience! Drove my car in without an appointment. He was able to quickly diagnose it on the spot, and since it was a simple fix he took care of it right there and I was driving out 15 minutes later... AND he didn't even charge me! What a guy, what a place. Will definitely be back

Had multiple things done. Battery Change, Inspection, New Brakes, Fixed Headlight. They were affordable and had open communication. They felt extremely trustworthy. I thought the service was excellent and will return.

I cannot praise Brett and his team at Russ's Garage enough! And, the one bad review about them having a tiny lot, etc......so what?! Obviously, the person who wrote it doesn't even know what to look for in a good, trustworthy mechanic.......The entire team at this garage are it and then some! I would trust them with my first born. I have been to many mechanics over the years and I can truly say I have never felt better about leaving my car in my mechanics hands than I do leaving it with these folks.

I just moved in from out-of-state and needed to get vehicle inspections done. Russ' was one of the closer auto shops near my house so I dropped by today expecting routine service. I'm being totally serious when I say that I don't think I've ever had such a pleasurable experience at the mechanic's! Donny was incredibly kind and informed me of the whole process and I dropped my car off around 11:30 AM. Less than 3 hours later, I get a call from Donny letting me know that my car's ready for pick up! The price was fair, the service was fast and thorough, and the shop reminded me a lot of the auto shops I grew up in with my service manager Dad :). Not to mention, there was no upselling and they happily recommended an auto glass place for me given that one of our vehicles needs a windshield repair. Competency and honesty, you don't need anything else from an auto shop!
