Llevé el auto Nissan Rogue SV porque fue chocado por detrás, y al recogerlo como 2 semanas después, no estaba listo( tenía una abertura en el cierre y junta de la puerta del maletero; lo dejamos más días, y según ellos, le cambiaron el bumper por uno nuevo, original, pero el color de la pintura NO es la misma de la del resto del auto( no es blanco perlado el color del bumper) y la puerta se la cajuela, NO cerraba para nada, ni tirándola con la fuerza de un tornado. No le pusieron la tira de carbono antiarañasos que lleva en el bumper y la puerta de cierre. Un trabajo PÉSIMO. NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE. Yo llevé hace como 7 meses mi auto al Bodyshop de La Nissan en W. South Loop, y estaba mucho más dañado que el Nissan de mi esposa, pero comoquiera hicieron un trabajo FORMIDABLE, parecía sacado de fábrica, gracias a Anthony y demás trabajadores del lugar, pero DESDICHADAMENTE, ya All State, nuestra compañía de Seguros, NO asigna autos a ése ESTUPENDO taller. Had a good experience with them last couple of times but this is the last time I use their shop . The part that they replaced were loose , they didn’t even bother to vacuum and clean inside the car when they finished working on it. Their last customer service Chris was presentable and polite but their new rep. Christina doesn’t answer her phone, is mean, hard of hearing or ignore you. She doesn’t know customers have choices and they don’t have to take their cars to their shop.

I will never use this body shop or their rental car services (Stadium Rent A Car again.) I brought my car in for a warranty issue and was told it would take approximately 2 weeks. They offered Honda's rental car services (at my own cost which I knew) so I rented from them. Not only was the service advisor (who no longer works there) horrible to reach via phone about updates, my car was disgusting inside when I went to pick it up. There was dirt all over the inside of the car and it was previously clean when I dropped it off. Additionally, the paint was not completely fixed. The manager said they would clean it and cover the remaining cost of the rental. I was charged several hundred dollars extra for the rental car several weeks later with no actual bill. They just charged my card. I went back and forth trying to reach someone and get this figured out and they claim they refunded me the money owed, but they did not. Unfortunately none of this was on paper and my bank was unable to resolve the dispute since nothing was in writing. Do not trust these businesses with your car or your money. Do yourself a favor and find a different body shop if you need work done on your car.

Left my Bronco be repaired on July 2023 and didn't have it back till October 2023... 🙃 Then, I waited another 3mo for my wheel. Good thing I followed up. The guy in charge of my wheel resigned and didn't tell anyone about the wheel I'm missing. After telling them, I had to wait another month for the wheel to arrive. 3* Because at least the car is running fine. I'm very patient. Yes, a fault code came up when I parked the car... At that point I was 2.5k into ride shares and had enough.

Emil Schunior was so amazing during the whole process of my repairs! He kept me informed through the whole process, worked with my insurance to get everything completed and was so kind and honest. I really appreciate the service and treatment the shop provided and would recommend them hands down.

After getting hit by another vehicle, I brought my Mazda to the body shop for the repairs. Emil was the employee I worked with and he was a great! He was friendly from the start and gave me constant updates while my car was being serviced. Overall good experience

From estimate to bodywork completion, the experience at Russell & Smith Collision Center was extremely easy. Everyone I met was professional, friendly, and quite knowledgeable. Estimator Andy Hill answered all my questions and provided a realistic and time-efficient schedule for the bodywork needed on my car. In addition, front desk personnel and shuttle driver (to Russell & Smith Ford for auto rental with reasonable rates) were kind and helpful! Overall, I was very pleased with the work on my car.

Does not communicate correctly. If you call they don’t respond, this has happened multiple times. They don’t have good costumer service I had to go in 6 times for the same problem and still their attitude was really bad. I was frustrated with them the whole time and they still failed to understand my frustration caused by them. Worst service ever, very rude. They don’t value your time at all. Every time I left the shop a problem with my car would start up again and again, EVERY TIME. The manager was not helpful when I talked to him had sour attitude as well. Worst service ever. Recommend finding someone else.

Bad customer service at door, though J’s good, but he’s hard to reach. And I had lots of issues trying to get an update of a car rental and also schedule of my car’s repair. Wasted 5 days of work PTO just sitting at home trying to call for above mentioned updates. Repair work also had to be redone.

Horrible Services and does not hold their end of the deal, definitely threw parts to my car that was deemed “total” but was able to drive and everything. Parts were not damaged. Trash services. 0/5 if i could.

Jessica at the body shop was amazing to work it. I hate dealing with any car issues, and she made it easy. I appreciate her thorough nature and she made sure the cars' damage was repaired on the timeframe we needed. Thanks to Jessica for all the help! I hope we don't ever have to go back, but if we do...this body shop is where we will go!
