I think Russ has a real real good service and he is good to the people that come to him the guy that called yesterday asking about tires and Russ told him we do not sell tires the guy got mad and called him a d##k russ handled it with professionalism keep up the good work Russ

Russ is the most honest mechanic I know. I took my daughter's car to his shop because the transmission was acting up. He kept the car, ran tests, test drove it, communicated with me for 2 weeks. The outcome was; the transmission was good. He didn't try to sell me a service that wasn't needed and was very straightforward with me about the results. Russ is an honest mechanic and he will give you the straight and narrow about your vehicle. If you don't want a fuss, stick with RUSS!

Super friendly and only wants what’s best for their clients, Randy went well above and beyond to provide great customer service and seems to genuinely enjoy what he does. Highly recommend. Cash Only just as a forewarning, I typically hold a little cash on me but I know not many of us do now a days. Highly recommend. Will be bringing my other car in for some overdue maintenance.

The guy said he had the tire, we got there we literally had to wait 45 minutes for him to go get the tire. No used tires so you are forced to buy a brand new tire. Very unprofessional, and was pretty full of himself. Took over an hour to get a tire changed that was supposed to have been there on hand when we called. Never ever would I recommend to anyone

This shop is a trustworthy place to take your car. Russ takes the time to explain issues and will work to provide a solution. He is a honest and God believing Christian who goes through any expectation of the average mechanic is. A true angel in an otherwise corrupt world. I wouldn't never go anywhere else and have sent many to his shop with full confidence they will not be dissatisfied. Thank you sir for your service and may God continue to bless you and your family. As for the negative comments check yourself because I know they are not true.

Top notch, and I can rely on realistic mechanics. Not only was I able to get my car fixed quickly, but he also made sure I was happy with the fix. Test drive it before handing me back the keys. Plus, I was able to sit in the shop and wait for the work to be done.

Do not buy a vehicle from him. He sold me a car with a bad transmission and rear end. The tires are dry rotted. In one week the car started giving me trouble. I took it to several places and was told it was the transmission and the rear end. Took it back to him he had his transmission guy looked at it. He's transmission guy said the same thing. He wanted to charge me to have it fixed. I haven't heard back from him after he realized he wasn't going to get anymore money from me. I paid ten thousand dollars for a car i can't drive.

Friendly- take time to meet your needs. Fair pricing and honest in doing their best to charge you only for what is absolutely needed for your vehicle. They didn’t charge me for the diagnostic because they said that the diagnostic didn’t show any issues and also because the check engine light had gone off. (I had initially had my EPC and “check engine light”come on two days ago).So that was nice of them. They also stayed past their closing hour to make sure they finished working on my car. They care about their customers and work hard. I’d definitely go back 🙂

Here is a good honest mechanic who wants to earn your business. I called to see if they had time to put on 4 new tires. Russ responded "I am here to earn your money so yes I have the time." What a great business man. He truly understands the customer signs his paycheck and acts like it. A person is as only as good as their word and Russ is a man of his word. From now on this is where my wife and I will be bringing our vehicles. This is a shop that wants your business and acts like it. If you want your car or truck repaired correctly at a fair price, bring it to Russ

I’m not one to typically leave reviews, but man I’ve got to say I’m beyond satisfied. Not only was my problem addressed, but Russ actually went into detail on what was going on and why. The service was better than any big box (not to mention a fraction of the price), and the conversation was undoubtedly superior as well. Overall great/honest guy with an amazing team, will most definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again y’all.

Russ and his family made a very stressful situation, very easy. I had an issue where my Juke wasn't starting. I had a brand new battery, and was unsure of the problem. I googled it, and saw it could be some sort of brake switch sensor. I had to get my car towed to a shop, and I just recently moved to the area so I didn't have a mechanic in mind. I found his shop on google, asked if he had time to look at it that day, and he said bring it on over. When I got there, I told him that I obviously don't know much about these things, but that google said it may be the brake sensor switch. He was VERY nice and said that very well could be the problem. He replaced it and held it for a day to make sure that it was operating properly, and then let me know that he felt it was fixed. I asked him if he had time for an oil change while it was there, and he said absolutely. I told him I wouldn't be able to pick it up until the next morning, and he offered to come pick me up! Incredible customer service. This family-run business is a must visit. They even detailed the inside of my car. This family went above and beyond all expectations. I'm so happy to have found them!

This is the WORST place to ever service my vehicle. SCAM ALERT!!! Do not take your car here. They broke my head light while working on a different part of my car and basically said yes we broke it and there’s nothing you can do about it. And refused to fix it! They ONLY accept cash bc they know there is no way for you to dispute the transaction. VERY RUDE!!!! Terrible customer service!!!!

For replacing one radiator and thermostat I was charged $747.00. That is way too much for that job. Cost of a radiator is $150. and labor hours calls for 2 hours. If I pay 100 an hour it should not have cost no 747.00 but just another shade tree mechanic business wise. I think over all their work quality is ok but pricing terrible.

Found this place through google maps and decided to stop by back in March based on the reviews. I needed an inspection, but I had a busted headlight. Russ called around for a replacement and went to pick it up personally. I forgot the other mechanic's name, but he and Russ had great workplace banter and kept me engaged in good conversation the whole time. They took care of everything I needed to pass the inspection and the price was more than fair! This an awesome example of an independent who does very good business. I'll be coming back for all future car repair issues!

My tire had a leak and Russ was able to get me in the same day . Fast service , fair prices , and super friendly . I was able to fix my car before picking up my kiddos from daycare and not have to worry about ending up on the side of the road . Thanks for all your help and I will def be back for future maintenance and any issues that pop up . Highly recommended!!!
