I made an appointment for a Monday the 4th Took my car in on the Friday the 1st since I was going on vacation. I had my mom call on Wed because I didn't get word of anything and they told her it had just been taken back. I came home to pick up my car Tues the 12th and they hadn't touched it. The man I talked to just said it was because there were cars in front of it. I got mad and explained the whole drop off and he tried to change his tune. I just told him to give me my car. I will not be taking it back if you can't do a diagnostic in the week plus you had my car you don't need to be working on it. I'll try Mel Hamilton Ford.

BEWARE! KEEP DRIVING! I got SCREWED by Rusty Eck out of a warranty on a car with just north of 50k miles. Cost me almost TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS OUT OF MY POCKET to replace my motor and they gave Ford Corp. every reason to deny claim so they could CHARGE ME to replace my engine and not do it under warranty (less money for them) because they knew I was over a barrel. No rental car provided at all. Less than 80 miles AFTER got the car back, the car started throwing all sorts of CHECK ENGINE codes. I immediately returned to their service department and spoke to a VERY condescending service advisor that told me that they are not going to do anything for almost 2 weeks and then will charge me a diagnostic fee as well as any repair costs. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! My car went to a different shop that determined that Rusty Eck failed to flash the transmission to sync up with the new motor costing me ANOTHER $100. I have filed a FORMAL CONPLAINT with Ford Motor Company as well as the Better Business Bureau. I am also in contact with legal council to see what can be done. Complete lack of customer care, after care, workmanship and professionalism. You’ve got two choices if you want to be robbed…. Go stand on the street corner holding a massive wad of cash or go to Rusty Eck. These guys will be glad to take your money. DISGRACEFUL!

Do not go here. They will screw you over in regards to the care taken of your vehicle. Before replacing the engine, they took measures to ensure The Ford Motor company would deny a new motor with the warranty. Causing payment out of pocket and then when installing the new engine, they installed the old burnt spark plugs from the old into the brand new engine. Probably in hopes of extort more profit thru more service needed on the vehicle but I digress. If you want a stress free experience, I suggest steering clear of Rusty Eck Ford. 🚗 And away from Fords in general.

I have to give them a star at least, they did change my oil. Told 1 hr took over 2 hrs. I remember when you would get an oil change and your car would be washed! $82.45 and no wash or vacuum, when I asked about it oh if you want we can run it through the wash for you, when asked about vacuum “it depends if our drivers are here”. Will rethink next purchase.

My daughter works here and it’s sad hearing how they run business. Staff is greatly underpaid. I tried assisted her in buying her first vehicle and they did not shed lightly when it came to making a deal. She’s an employee for gods sake, treat her like family! Wish things were better for her at this dealership.

Serive is good for the most part. Didn’t fill the DEF per the service agreement so now I need to go get some and I had my back tires a little under inflated in my truck so it didn’t ride as ridged, I told the service agent to leave the tire pressure alone and the tech filled it up.

The one thing that I don't understand is I have all of these services and warranties and I'm not understanding why none of them do me any good when I go there I have a four-year warranty and gap for 7 years and that's do ameritrust I also have a line five maintenance 3 years for tires Plus tires and wheels for 5 years I had service for 2 years of oil changes and I did not get 2 years of oil changes I got one and then I got charged $87 I have always trusted Ford and always went to them for everything. But I do get tired when I have all these warranties and these warranties do not do me any good I did just spend $600 and some dollars for radiator to get fixed and nothing was covered under that warranty. They do excellent service but I just don't understand why nothing is ever carried out when it comes to warranties or maintenance. for I pay for all of them.

Upon realizing they would have my vehicle for the majority of the day to spray in the bedliner I asked if they could also do the oil change to save an additional trip. They easily accommodated my request and got it all done ... ahead of schedule! Plus my bedliner looks great!!
