I am very new to RV living. When I took possession of my 2017 used 5th wheel in August, it appeared everything was in good order. 3 wks into it, my AC failed, had a leak from one of the hoses under the body, had roof leaks after a heavy rain, malfunctioning door lock. I called RV Medics based on zip code and great reviews. I called and spoke with Cliff, the owner. He was great! He sent out Brian, one of the techs. Brian is great to work with as are the other 2 techs, Shane & Gary. Was able to use my extended warranty which really helped! Everything has been repaired and I am very greatful. These folks are courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, fairly priced and help out above & beyond. As Cliff said to me, they are a useful resource! I highly recommend RV Medics and will continue to call upon them for repairs & maintenance.

Best company around!! A literal lifesaver. Our AC was out of commission and we needed a part that was back ordered everywhere for months. It was July and 100 degrees out. I called everywhere I could find and no one could help me, or didn’t even call me back. He called me back several times and went above and beyond to help us, and now we have a perfectly functioning AC. I will gladly be a customer for life.

Bryan is one of the nicest people I have ever met and has a great story to tell as well. Our original appointment had to be cancelled due to the weather and what I needed done on the van. Bryan called me first thing in the morning to reschedule and got me in just 2 days later. Then, he was a great communicator and showed up right on time. He not only helped me with my van and electrical, but taught me along the way so that I knew what to do. The whole process was extremely efficient and took maybe an hour. He clearly is a great mechanic, but his generosity is what made the experience as good as it was. If I am in the area again or a friend in the area needs help, I am instantly recommending him. During my initial interaction with a few of the service technicians, I developed a positive impression and looked forward to utilizing their services. Upon reaching out to schedule an appointment, I promptly received a response from the owner, Craig. I explained the situation regarding the trailer still being under warranty, and he assured me that submitting specific documentation would not be an issue. After providing the necessary documents, I did not receive any further communication for several days. I followed up with a phone call, and it appeared that Craig had forgotten about our previous conversation. He promised to review the information and respond within the next day or two, but a week passed without any updates. I made one final attempt to reach out by leaving a message, but unfortunately, I have not received any response since then.

Great customer service! I called RV Medics DFW at 6:30pm because I came home to a 99 degree RV. Cliff explained my RV is still under manufacture warranty and I would have to take it back to where I bought it. I was very worried, then he walked me through four steps and I am back in air condition. THANK YOU Cliff! 10/10 will recommend.

Great company best mobile Rv service I have dealt with Jim Cline rv for my service he was booked up I had an emergency with my heater I called them and they responded right away and fixed my heater in less than an hour Shane was very knowledgeable and told me what the cause for my problem

Had called in a week prior to get a day scheduled for diagnostics/repair on my uncles rv, it so happened to storm on the day of our service schedule they let us know due to weather they to re-schedule here it is a day later (after the reschedule text was sent) they will not answer nor text back and that's just not right that is why I am giving a 1 star review. No need to make right we have another repair company taking care of us now.

Absolutely the best. I have used RV Medics for all of my repair issues both minor and major for the past 5 years. I was a completely inexperienced RV owner and these guys have been a lifesaver. Cliff answers a phone call or text quickly if not immediately and has actually solved my problem more than once by giving me instructions over the phone. Bryan is punctual and a phenomenal technician. Just recently, one of my air conditioning units failed while under warranty. Cliff took the warranty information and Bryan came out and got the unit installed within a week. I am so thankful that I can call and get any repair issue addressed quickly. These guys are honest, friendly and professional. 1000% recommend. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

After my Roadside Extended warrenty company " Preserve " told me who they used did not answer the phone and would not recommend anyone else and told me i was on my own then hung up on me i was pissed however im a backup plan person so i already had RV Medics number... i had flown in from Ohio for a week to try and get my camper slide out fixed (that stays in Texas) or at least start to fix it... slide out motor died so yup i was livid when the warrenty company hung up on me... i had called them prior to flying out just to double check their process only to get there n had to take care of things myself... buyer beware of this warrenty company !!! this brings me to RV Medics who answered the phone (which suprised me) and was very polite... the co owner came out the next day with excellent communication of what the issue was, how to fix it and the biggest suprise they deal with the claims dept. on getting paid for repairs... i had to fly back to ohio and am waiting to hear back on status... i told them i will b back Sept. 30th and they said they should have the motors and will fix it then... i did like that not only did he address my motor issues he also answered other questions i had as well as improvements i could make since i live in it 6 months out of the year... with that so far so good with RV Medics... and would definitely recommend them to this point ! will update in Oct....

IF YOU HAVE AN RV UNDER WARRANTY AND YOU NEED TO USE A MOBILE REPAIR DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.!!!! YOU WILL GET SCREWED OUT OF YOUR REIMBURSEMENT. I GAVE THE TECH COPY OF SPECIFIC DIRECTIONS FROM RV COMPANY TO CALL FOR A WORK ORDER NUMBER, REPAIR UNIT AND SEND IN RECEIPT SO CUSTOMER COULD GET REIMBURSED. TECH ONLY TOOK MONEY AFTER REPAIR, NEVER FOLLOWED UP. I CALLED OWNER OF RV MEDIC WHO SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND HIS LYING SAYING HE CALLED RV COMPANY (COMPANY RECEIVED NO CALLS OR RECEIPT) WE ARE OUT OF WARRANTY REIMBURSEMENT WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFUNDED.

They came out almost a week ago. Took pictures, etc. Told me what needed to be fixed and whatnot. Said they would contact me about the cost etc. Saying they could do it. Have yet to hear anything and will take my business elsewhere and hope they can at least call me back. At least call and say you don't want to take up the task at hand so that i can proceed to get it fixed

Brian was awesome. We had a problem with our RV water heater and since it was an easy fix, he explained how to fix it ourselves to save us money. I would definitely recommend him, very upstanding guy!!!

Called Brian to replace the sail switch on the 5th wheel furnace. Repair was quickly and done right. We have an extended warranty, but Brian said warranty companies normally don't honor this repair, so I paid him in full. Afterwards, I called the warranty company and was surprised to hear they would have paid for the repair. I called Brian and he agreed to reimburse me out of his pocket everything except the deductible. Would definitely call him again if ever needed

I called the business as I was passing through toward Wichita falls, I'm pulling a trailer that has some trailer wiring issues. Brian called me back right away. Turns out he didn't have the part needed but was able to point me to someone else who would help me. Definitely thankful for companies that care about their customers.

Professional enough in the beginning, but I'm severely unimpressed with how things were handled. The job was never completed, he never approached my door, only called once as he was leaving the rv park, and has now ignored me for a full 24+ hours. I can understand skipping a job because you're not sure if the client is there. And if it was just a cancelled job because of that, I wouldn't be upset. But even I, with severe social anxiety, have the courtesy to tell someone that I have changed my mind. I'm sure he's a fantastic repairman; Just don't bother if you miss his call.

We had a tire take out all of our plumbing (both grey and black water). They not only responded to my email late on Saturday night, but kept in touch with us on Sunday and had to go to multiple places to track down parts Monday. I was skeptical they would get it fixed due to the severe damage, but sure enough Bryan did. He is awesome! Clifford even emailed after the work was completed to make sure everything went okay. HIGHLY recommend!

I called this place to see if they cover warranty work for my camper. Bryan said they did. I told him I would make it convient for him so I will come in towards metroplex. He came out to the campsite to install an electric jack, tv mount and TV. Also to access the problems I had for the camper. We had a lengthy conversation about who to talk to at manufacturer and email. He wrote all this down took pics and said he would get on it. This was in July. I called him he finally emailed me a quote he supposedly emailed manufacturer then I called him again because he never got back with me. He Said the manufacturer never got back with him. I called manufacturer and they had no record. I did ask him if my job was too big for him to handle and he said no. It's October and no word. I see he took my 200.00 for service call and vanished. I won't use this person again . I contacted him a bunch regarding this issue and he has yet to return my call or text. Here's a tip keep in contact with your customer as they are how you get work. If you can't solve something don't ignore it reach out and get ut solved.

I had the distinct honor of calling RV medics in hopes for emergency RV service on the holiday weekend. Not only did they answer the phone he walked me through a bunch of self-diagnostics which seem to have fixed the problem. It's a real pleasure to find people that will take time out of their day to help diagnose an issue. An absolute pleasure to talk to and will continue to use their service if and when I need it in the future

RV-Medics took a bad day and made it a whole lot better. After de-winterizing my Motorcoach I had a water leak. I called RV-Medics and promptly received a text back. I was connected to Bryan and he was on site in less than an hour. After I explained what happened and what I was doing when the leak occurred, Bryan said sounds like a fitting on your hot water tank. And sure enough it was. He asked if I was comfortable replacing the hose myself and putting everything back together and I said yes. He told me which hose to buy at Home Depot and was on his way. My wife and I are on the road and over 2000 miles from home. We were afraid that this was going to cause us to be off the road for an extended period of time. Because of RV-MEDICS we are back on schedule. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PEOPLE!
