April and Allen do such a good job with my car- from headlights to alignment to oil changes, they get everything set so I feel safe on the road. They communicate clearly what needs to be done and always call to let me know if prices or details change. I really appreciate them!! You won’t regret trusting RVA Tire & Auto with your vehicle, they really care about their work and our community.

Had a nail in my tire early morning when I was planning a road trip for that day. They were very quick, VERY kind, and their prices were extremely fair! Got me back on the road within a few hours after having to order and change 4 new tires, and a full alignment. Won’t be going anywhere else from here on out!

I was able to get my car in for the state inspection and they were great with communicating what was required, recommended and what was something g I’d want to address at some point with oh the next few months. No pressure some them at all. Definitely recommend!

After having my vehicles serviced at RVA Tire & Auto for the first time this week, I can say, this will now be my go-to auto shop. The staff was knowledgeable & met all timelines they provided for my services. They were open & honest about pricing, along with being very competitive. The female receptionist (so sorry I forgot your name!) has a wonderful personality & was so easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this shop for your automotive needs!

As the owner of a Ford Mustang, I trusted RVA Tire & Auto but it seems I placed my trust in the wrong company. Since February 2024, I have been dealing with significant issues due to improper diagnosis and failed repairs from RVA Tire & Auto Service Center. After spending over $6,000.00 in repairs, my vehicle is still inoperable, and two separate auto repair companies have since confirmed that the initial diagnosis and steps taken by RVA Tire & Auto were incorrect. On 9/10, I formally requested, both in writing and by phone, a full reimbursement for the improper services. Since then, I have made multiple follow-up calls: 9/10: My call lasted less than a minute, during which the receptionist rushed me off the phone, confirming the receipt of my letter but providing no further information. 9/16: I called again and was assured I would receive a callback, which I am still waiting on. 9/18: I was told again to expect a callback, but no clear timeline was provided. 9/20: I spoke with an employee who cut me off mid-conversation and hung up the phone. Despite these numerous attempts, I have yet to receive a response from management or ownership regarding my request for a resolution. The lack of communication has caused me considerable stress and financial hardship. I am still hopeful that we can reach an agreement for a full reimbursement to cover the costs of the failed repairs, as the shop's improper handling of the situation has resulted in significant anxiety, wasted time, and a vehicle that is now unusable. Questions for management: When can I expect a response from ownership or management regarding my reimbursement request? Is there anything else you need from me to expedite the process? I would appreciate it if someone could contact me to resolve this matter before my scheduled court date on 10/2. Best, - Jonathon

Finally! A shop with true southern hospitality. I've never felt so welcomed and at home at any other auto shop. We needed an inspection done urgently, RVA tire had it done befor 10am! AND they fixed our break fluid along with an oil change at a great price. We love RVA Tire & Auto. The woman at the front desk is very nice and deserves every penny, as well as a raise!!

I had a great experience with RVA Tire and Auto when I brought my car in with a flat. The person I spoke with was very friendly and explained all my options thoroughly, and I never felt upsold on anything. Fast and quality work (I brought my car in first thing in the morning and had it back that afternoon) with reasonable prices. I would absolutely bring my car here again!

They did a great job for me on custom race car alignment. I spoke to a few shops in town, even one that advertises they do race car alignment. Nobody would help me but RVA tire. Big shoutout to G who did the work.
